      I placed an order on February 4, 2025 for a headwrap. On February 17, 2025, I inquired via email about the status of the order and was told: "Thank you so much for your patience with us. I am so sorry to relay this unfortunate news! I was able to follow up and review your order#: 2647 and I am seeing that it has not shipped as yet." On February 20, 2025, I hadn't heard back from YGN and requested a tracking update or a refund if they were unable to fulfill the order. On March 4, 2025, I was notified by **** that an order from YGN was staged in the system and expected to ship. As of March 21, 2025, that shipment ***** **********************) is still listed as "Pre-Shipment/Shipping Label Created, **** Awaiting Item." I have requested a full refund of $43.00, but now cannot get a response from YGN.

      I orderd some items back on 6Dec2024 for $155 that was paid for and have yet to get my order. On 24Dec2024 I sent an email asking for shipping info. They responded on 26Dec2024 saying they were behind so I said I understood. I sent messages from there website on 4Jan202, 7Feb, 21Feb, 8Mar all 2025 still no response...Also email on them 30Jan2025, 7Feb2025 and 8Mar2025 to the response email sent on 26Dec2024 Still no response to any inquiries since 26DEC2024 ? They still have not refunded my money.

      I made a purchase from this company on February 28th for two headwraps. I then made a second purchase for another wrap for my wife. The strange thing is.. they sent my second order out with no problem but the first one I placed... Nothing at all. No feedback whatsoever and I've sent three different emails to see what's the issue. They have yet to even acknowledge the emails. This is my second time having to do this with one of these so called trusted companies. Can you help me get to the bottom of this and this time can you actually get the people to send me my stuff because the last case I just said forget it and left it alone. I sent in something to you all and the guy from that company just gave me the run around for weeks like he was before so I really didn't even want to use you all again but I have no choice. Not talking mess about the BBB just saying last time your services didn't get the issue resolved. Maybe this time can be different. Thank you for your time

      I placed an order with you go natural November 4, 2024 for a swim turban. On the website it said that the product was back ordered for four ********** accepted the delay. I purchased the Swim Turban V2 for ***** with the expectation that I would receive it by Christmas. I waited the full month before sending a follow up email December 7, 2024. I received a response from the companys automated system stating that my request had been received & is being reviewed by support staff. On December 12, 2024, I received an email from a ******* H saying that there has been a delay with shipping. A request for faster shipping would be put in & a follow up email will be given as soon at they have the *** for my shipping details. I waited eight days to see if there was any progress, with no success. I sent another email December 20, 2025, & was met by the automated system once again. On January 22, 2025, a promo email came out about their product being restocked; although my email went unanswered. I quickly responded to ask when I would receive my order & received a response from a ******* *. The email stated that my request had been closed & merged to ticket #***** . I asked for an explanation & no one responded.I wrote another email requesting more information January 29, 2025, & was told that my request had been closed for the second time & merged to ticket #*****.On February 4, 2025, I followed up with another email, but no one responded this time. I reached out to a content creator on Tik Tok who had promoted their swim turban to see if they could put me in contact with a real live member. They said they only received a thank you email for their ad. They hadnt heard from anyone since then. They told me to try reaching out to the Companys Tik Tok because a lot of people had the same issue & received responses there.I messaged the company on ******* & received a pre shipping label on February 25, 2025, but havent received anything. My son is losing his hair.

      -Date of Transaction: 12/05/24 -Amount Paid: $35.90 USD -I purchased a product from their website on the date above. The product was never shipped. When I inquired about the product I did not receive any further information. On 2/21/25 I requested a refund for the product. I received an automated email on the same day stating that the request was being reviewed. I still have not been contacted by the company about my refund request. There has been no attempt by the company to resolve the issue.

      Ordered items in January 2, 2025- was told that shipping would be delayed for one or two weeks. As of February 5, have not received order or shipping date. Company has stopped responding to emails.

      I Placed an order in August 2024, I received a portion of the order, in October. I was told the remaining items will be shipped when back in stock by a staff member named *******.The items have been back in stock, and placed on sale, I received the sale item emails.I have still not received my back ordered items, it is now February 2025.

      I purchased 11 items during a sale on September 4th 2024. When I hadn't seen a shipping notification within a couple of weeks, I reached out on 9/23/24 to inquire. I received an email response on 9/25/24: "we are still facing logistical challenges that have impacted your order. We anticipate resolving this issue by next week. I truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, we would like to offer you a $10 discount on your order, or we can proceed with a cancellation if that is your preference."I ***lied the same day and advised them to cancel the order and refund me.They responded back 9/26/24 and said they forwarded my cancellation request to a dedicated department and will update me when the refund is processed.I never heard anything back ... so I inquired again, by email, on 10/9/24 about an update on the cancellation. Then on 10/11/24, I get an email that 4 of the 11 items I ordered have been shipped and the other 7 were refunded. Then on 10/16/24, I got an email from the original customer service *** and she provided a tracking number for the 4 items that supposedly shipped. *************************************************** So I waited and waited and waited for the tracking to move forward. It never moved from a shipped and waiting to be picked up status. Eventually, the tracking link no longer worked and the 4 items have vanished into thin air.I've emailed the company on 11/17/24, 12/18/24, 1/6/25, and 1/27/25 with NO *********** the meantime, I'm still seeing that they're selling items and having promotional sales. I still have not received what I paid for and was told was shipped. The remaining items are $37.40 after the refund for the cancelled items.

      Nov 7 2024 i made a purchase for *****, order number ******. I have yet to receive the order. I have emailed 4 time requesting a refund for the order the last request sent was on 1/10/25, and not response.
