      I placed an order in mid-February 2025 and received order confirmation #****. On March 1st, I received an email stating that the shipment was on its way. Since then, I have sent three emails inquiring about my merchandise, but I have only received automatic replies indicating that customer service would be in touch. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response.Despite this lack of communication, I continue to receive emails about new merchandise and sales. In early January 2025, the company announced that they were pausing new production to focus on restricting growth while also expanding their infrastructure and entering new retail markets like ****** and CVS. This announcement was signed by *******, EEO and Founder. Because they were actively informing customers and sending out new advertisements, I assumed they were ready for business.However, the products available at their retail partners do not match what was advertised, and I have only found them listed as a vendor at ******. Its unfortunate because they had great products, but at this point, I am requesting a refund. I want my money back.

      Order an item January 22, 2025. Requested a refund Februrary 5 since the product hadn't even shipped out. Received an email back a day later saying my refund will be processed. After no updates for 2 weeks and they ship my order out. I contact again saying I don't want the product, just my money. Yet on March 8 the product finally delivered and based on these reviewes I just disputed the charge with my bank. Not worth the stress and hassle.

      I placed an order on 1/30/25 for a satin lined loc sleeve. I contacted them via email on 2/11/25 inquiring about the status of my order, but they didn't respond. I followed-up again on 2/22/25 requesting a full-refund, but still no response as of 2/23/25. I've ordered items from this company before, but I would advise to not do business with them at this point.

      Terribly unethical, sham operation. I placed an order on 12/29/2024. Followed up on 1/20/2025 after never receiving the order - no reply. Wrote again on 1/29/2025 requesting a refund and received a reply the next day that the order had not shipped yet but would soon - they asked for my patience. Still nothing, so I wrote on 2/5/2025 - nothing.These people are liars and scammers. DO NOT BUY.

      I strongly advise against doing business with this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I placed an order on November 29, 2024, and as of February 11, 2025, I have yet to receive any updates regarding my purchase.Throughout this period, I have had to take the initiative to reach out to the company multiple times via email. Initially, I received a response, and eventually, they completely stopped responding to my inquiries. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.If I had been aware of all the negative reviews and experiences of other customers not receiving their products, I would have never purchased from this company. Unfortunately, their online ads made them look legitimate, which led me to trust them with my ******** this point, I no longer want the item I purchased. All I am asking for is a full refund, including any shipping and taxes that I paid. The company's failure to provide timely updates and their disregard for customer concerns have left me with no other option but to seek a refund.I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience I have had.

      Purchased item 09/16/2024 and to date have not received it. I have reached out the seller 4x times and requested a refund 12/2024 and still no refund. I am disappointed and presently the company has limited the comments that can be made on social media. I am filing a complaint in hopes that will initiate a refund. I wish I followed my usual method of payment - ******.

      I initially ordered 2 swim turbans from this company on Dec 3rd 2024. I received my order on Dec 12th but it only included one of the items I ordered. I reached out to the company via email on Dec 13th inquiring about the missing item. A customer service agent responded to me on Dec 17th apologizing and letting me know that the second turban will be shipped to me. It is January 15th, 2025 and I still haven't received my product. They also have a notice on their website that the company will be closing temporarily for restructuring. I submitted another email following up on the reshipment January 8th, and still have yet to get any response from them. I would not recommend patronizing this vendor

      Products are very promising! The three stars are for just that! Since I havent gotten to try them yet. I ordered in November, just now getting a response from the team. If you what to keep people around, you have to do them right. Communication goes a long way. They urged me that Id be getting my items before end of month, still no items. Ive been asking for a refund for a while. So at this point, Ill have to count it as a lost.

      Ordered a swim turban in July 2024 and it is December 2024 and still have not received it. I have contacted them multiple times and no response. I hope this company could do better because I really love the concept of the product.

      I've made (4) different purchases for satin lined turbans totaling $229.50 starting from 10/31/2024. It's December now and I havent received anything! They won't even respond to my multiple emails. Do not purchase anything from YGN unless you like giving money away!! At this point, I'm letting my bank handle this matter.
