On February 20, 2025, BBB identified a pattern in consumer complaints regarding the marketplace behavior of the company YGN Corp., d/b/a You Go Natural. Specifically, BBB has received complaints alleging the following behavior of You Go Natural:
- Delivery Issues: Consumers reported not receiving their orders, experiencing significant delays, or receiving incomplete shipments.
- Refund Issues: Consumers reported problems with obtaining refunds. Consumers mentioned that despite requesting refunds for undelivered or incomplete orders, they did not receive their money back.
- Customer Service Issues: Consumers expressed frustration with difficulties in getting responses to their inquiries, lack of proactive communication, and overall poor handling of their concerns.
