      we ordered 4 phones and 1 apple watch march 23rd from **** who dispatched Fedex as the delivery carrier for our standard overnight package. We received a tracking number that stayed at label created for 5 days, we knew that was unusually being we have had SEVERAL stolen packages from Fedex in the past. I say stolen because lost and mishandling of high end items that we purchased with our hard earned money is not just lost. The phones we ordered we suppose to be signed for and delivered to us within 1 business but that never happened. we called **** who confirms they had already packaged and released it to Fedex but Fedex never SCANNED the package which wouldve confirmed they received the package so its ****s word against that FEDEX driver who stole our electronics. Again, i say stolen because 7 days from us purchasing our 4 phone and 1 apple watch, we received a bill showing the apple watch we NEVER received was activated on our phone account which means whoever that FEDEX driver was, was stupid enough to turn on that apple watch which activated the phone service to our account which further proves **** did give FEDEX the package but their no good employees knew how to steal a $5k work package by not scanning it. FEDEX has been no good for years and everything i order online i just pray that business doesnt use them because they are a no good stealing delivery company.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Fedex has become absolute garbage over the last five years. Ever time I see that they'll be delivering something from a company I have placed an order with, I shudder. My most recent order being delivered by them has been lost, unsurprisingly. I will never order from a company again should they be using FedEx as their delivery company! I'm surprised FedEx is even still in business after reading all of the horrible things I've seen about them online over the last few years. Can't imagine how awful they must treat their employees considering how badly they handle their client/consumer related issues.

      I sent a homemade birthday present to my grandson, wrote FRAGILE, KEEP UP on all sides of the box. It was destroyed when it was delivered. Whoever the driver was did not pay attention to the box. I will never use FedEx again. So angry!

      BECAUSE A ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION.Inept, horrid communication, tracking is not even accurate, texting for notifications does not even work, unable to speak with a person directly!Pitiful, dont use if you expect to get work done!

      On Saturday the 12th I got a text saying my package from FedEx was delivered and a picture was attached, but it wasnt my porch. This isnt the 1st time this has happened unfortunately. I tried calling FedEx with no answer guess cause it wasnt the weekend. Monday the 14th I called and spoke with someone named *******. I let him know my package was delivered to the wrong address and the pic of the porch isnt mine it was left at. He proceeded to tell me I needed to get in touch with the seller and have them open a claim!?! What??? I told him your driver delivered my package to the wrong address and I have to get in touch with the seller to open a claim!?! He said yes! I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me there was no supervisor there??? How ludicrous is this?? I believe the owner or higher *** need to be gotten in touch with to let them know how these call center employees are running this business! Thank goodness someone that lives on my road had my package delivered to them!??

      This company is the worst.Horrible customer service.I paid for overnight hipping and it took two days. I am trying to file a claim and they make it so hard that you will just give up.They are ripping people off I hope they go out of business

      Paid for an overnight delivery yesterday morning. The delivery time came and went today I tried to see tracking status on their website and didn't update in real-time. Tried to call customer service numerous times, unable to reach a person, message kept saying "try back later". I went to the location I shipped the package from and was told I needed to call customer service. I explained I tried and was told to call their local number and I would be transferred. I spoke with a rude customer service agent that said there was a "mechanical issue" and my package didn't arrive. I asked when it would arrive and was told "maybe today". I asked for a refund and was told I had to file a claim. But I can't file a claim until I know if/when the package will arrive. This company is absolutely terrible.

      Review Title: ****************** Lost Package & No Accountability I would not give any stars if possible. We are a licensed medical clinic and used FedEx to send a time-sensitive prescription package containing Tirzepatide to a patient. I paid for the label, printed it, and dropped it off as directed. The tracking number was originally active but then completely disappeared from the systemno status updates, not even label created. It appears to have been manually erased from their database.I submitted a formal claim with proof of purchase, label, receipt, tracking number, and every piece of documentation confirming it was processed correctly. Despite filing multiple times and calling customer service, FedEx refused to reimburse the shipmenteven with their own shipping insurance in place.This was not only costly but a complete breach of trust. As a medical provider, I cant afford to take chances on a carrier that can delete tracking records and deny accountability. We will not be using FedEx again and strongly advise other clinics and professionals to consider a more reliable alternative.

      FedEx is the absolute worst delivery service EVER. We have multiple problems getting packages delivered. They will say out for delivery, then at the end of the delivery time frame it will say, "delivery exception, wrong address" Just because the driver didn't want to deliver. I have the picture of the label - NOT THE WRONG ADDRESS - lazy drivers. And local customer support is non-existent. All other customer support is useless.
