      I think FEDEX needs to close this business permanently. I am so sick and tired of these incompetent drivers doing what they want to do with your **** package. Everytime you call customer service it's always some stupid **** lie or they can't help you. I do believe some of these drivers be stealing our packages and I am to the point today that I am taking legal action against FEDEX cause they need to be held responsible for the stupid stuff they drivers do. The package we were waiting for was delivered to the **** rent office which I never put on the delivery, the package was suppose to come to the apartment door. And every single time they take my package and my sister package and put it wherever the h*** they want to and you have to be the one to walk the **** neighborhood to find your package. The next time we order something and the delivery is thru FEDEX I'm canceling my order and find out if *** can deliver it instead. FEDEX yall are the absolute WORST delivery company I have ever had to deal with. If I could give yall ***** stars I would.

      Seriously wondering what the point is posting a delivery window when I have watched your driver literally drive past my street twice and go all around town in an appearance of dodging my delivery address. Have to wonder if this driver knows me personally and has an axe to grind or maybe Ive had relations with in the past and never called back. And I also love how when I call the FedEx number to complain, you guys have the most employees that *** ever heard that have the least amount of cares in the world. Its like youre going out of your way to compete with **** to provide the crappiest customer service all the way around. 11:30 to 1 windowyeah right. Youd be better off stating Whenever we feel like and use the middle finger emoji.

      Promised delivery on 4/18 between 11a and 3p. Delivery didnt arrive. I filed a complaint and was told that the delivery would arrive by the end of the day 4/18. Delivery didnt arrive. FedEx updated delivery to 4/19, but the delivery truck did not have the package when it arrived. No follow-up from FedEx. I called customer service again, and was told the delivery would come on 4/21. No explanation was given for why the package was not delivered as promised. I have received awful service and customer support from FedEx.Just awful.

      Worst customer service ever foreigners answer your calls they won't help you please do not ship with them worst company i have ever dealt with and I have never had any problem with any other shipping company they are horrible it's almost a joke

      Purchased overnight shipping. they tried to deilver and now claim i gave them a bad address. Its for my taxes and my states revenue office didnt move. theyve given me three excuses as to why they cant refund when the store said my item was eligible for a refund since they failed to deliver. i will be contacting my cedit card compay and initiating a chargeback. i will also NEVER use them again since their customer support is worthless!

      3rd delivery from fedex. Something in my yard ends up broken every time. Iv had walk way lights trampled twice. And my delivery today, it was leabed against my porch post, breaking another solar light and the post top as well. As well as sending the post through the packaging of my GLASS shower door.

      FedEx has continued to toss packages out at the end of my driveway!! This is unacceptable! Where is your spirit of excellence?? Do the job you are paid to do! If you do not want to deliver packages with items we as consumers have paid for, find another job!

      we ordered 4 phones and 1 apple watch march 23rd from **** who dispatched Fedex as the delivery carrier for our standard overnight package. We received a tracking number that stayed at label created for 5 days, we knew that was unusually being we have had SEVERAL stolen packages from Fedex in the past. I say stolen because lost and mishandling of high end items that we purchased with our hard earned money is not just lost. The phones we ordered we suppose to be signed for and delivered to us within 1 business but that never happened. we called **** who confirms they had already packaged and released it to Fedex but Fedex never SCANNED the package which wouldve confirmed they received the package so its ****s word against that FEDEX driver who stole our electronics. Again, i say stolen because 7 days from us purchasing our 4 phone and 1 apple watch, we received a bill showing the apple watch we NEVER received was activated on our phone account which means whoever that FEDEX driver was, was stupid enough to turn on that apple watch which activated the phone service to our account which further proves **** did give FEDEX the package but their no good employees knew how to steal a $5k work package by not scanning it. FEDEX has been no good for years and everything i order online i just pray that business doesnt use them because they are a no good stealing delivery company.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Fedex has become absolute garbage over the last five years. Ever time I see that they'll be delivering something from a company I have placed an order with, I shudder. My most recent order being delivered by them has been lost, unsurprisingly. I will never order from a company again should they be using FedEx as their delivery company! I'm surprised FedEx is even still in business after reading all of the horrible things I've seen about them online over the last few years. Can't imagine how awful they must treat their employees considering how badly they handle their client/consumer related issues.

      I sent a homemade birthday present to my grandson, wrote FRAGILE, KEEP UP on all sides of the box. It was destroyed when it was delivered. Whoever the driver was did not pay attention to the box. I will never use FedEx again. So angry!
