      I usually dont leave reviews, but my experience at Olive Garden was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to say something. The service was painfully slow despite the restaurant being half-empty. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to get water, and even longer for someone to take our order.When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and clearly had been sitting out. The pasta was overcooked and gummy, and the sauce tasted like it came straight from a can. The breadsticksusually the one saving gracewere stale and ****** top it all off, our server disappeared for most of the meal, and the manager was very rude and it took forever to get the check. For the price, I expected way better. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why I stopped coming here in the first place. Not planning to return anytime soon.

      Worked at a YH in **********, ** For a few months and honestly couldn't keep this to myself. Hands down the most hectic/unorganized commercial kitchen I've ever worked in. I started as a prep cook and they FORCED me into a different position. Not because they didn't have the hours. Because they hired on a handful of ************** and paid them a few dollars less (yes we all talked about this and informed each other about the pay) than the initial hires. They also don't know if they want to do employee meals or not...I kid you not the rule changed 4 times in the few months that I worked here. They also STRONGLY DISCOURAGE breaks. They might not outright say "you can't have a break" but they do everything they can to discourage it: no employee meals, telling you you're already behind (even if it's not true), or just berating your work ethic in general. We also had management that I think made a sport of JUST HOW HIGH they could be on the job before anyone noticed. WE ALL NOTICED. One manager (Natifah) had/has a jaw issue (coke), another one (***) could barely get his words out or do anything sensibly (pills). We also had another manager (Q) who would just curse you under his breath...and expect not to receive the same kind of language. To top it all off, when I quit (because they didn't have hrs for prep cooks, but they literally had us training them) the manager (*****) tried to pretend like he fired me. Whole experience was just bizarre...basically spent a few months working for drug addicts who shouldn't have been in management positions. Terrible experience, do not work for Yard house at ************* in **********.

      I do not usually write complaints , but yesterday was just BLATANT disrespect! We decided to celebrate my Sons' 30th birthday at Longhorn with a party of 22 people. I called to see if we could be accommodated and was assured it was not problem. We all arrive around 7:15pm the appointed time to not get seated until 8:15pm, the waitress was awesome, but they put her as one lone waitress with this party of 22. We had our orders taken around 8:30pm and after that we just sat. I had to speak to the manager to ask if we could get our drinks and bread around 9:00pm. We then had to ask for at least the kids meals, as at this time my grandchildren were getting antsy. We received appetizers, and drinks and NO OTHER FOOD EVER CAME TO OUR TABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! We finally all just got up and walked out around 9:45pm. Word of mouth travels, and I will let everyone know via my social media presence or just with a simple email to everyone I know to NEVER visit that location or any other location attached to Darden. The manager at that location was just racist and disrespectful, he should have to find employment elsewhere, he was even taunting after the fact and yelled to us to "have a good night". He better be glad that I taught my Children how to behave and not let people like him in his miserable existence get to them or there would've been more to this story. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK THERE and anyone that's reading this should not either.

      Yesterday (2/24/25) I had a get together with my girls at Longhorn in *****, **. The restaurant was FILTHY including underneath our table. Trash was all over the floor from previous guest. No one in the restaurant took accountability to clean. The vacuum was right at the entrance. I ordered minimal just due to the environment. The waitress came out with everyone's order and tells me they had ran out of one of my items. That would have been beneficial to know prior to bringing out everyone else's order. She was very kind, so I don't fault her. Then, as we are trying to enjoy our meal, we are hearing stories about the women's bathroom being extremely foul and the waiters and waitresses suggesting no one go to it. The gentlemen who had a table in front of me asked for a soapy rag to clean his area and the host made it seem like it was an issue. Honestly, who wants to eat in such conditions? The worst experience ever and I love Longhorn. I will never visit this location again.

      Olive Garden is ridiculous. **** in, got seated. Servers standing everywhere. Waited 25 minutes still no server. Others were being seated and served after we got there. No one came to check on us to see if we got served. Restaurant lacks good customer service and probably why its half empty.

      Yesterday my husband and I decided to try Longhorn in ********* for the first time. I was very disappointed with my experience. When the waitress asked us for our drink order she told my husband I didnt even hear anything you just said which we thought was kind of rude. Then we placed our appetizer order (which came out at a decent time) and then our food order. We waited for about an HOUR for our food. Keep in mind my husband and I SHARED an entree because of how big the steak was. So ONE HOUR for ONE PLATE OF FOOD. I started to get frustrated because 2 tables that came after us already received their food and were already paying their bill. The waitress was checking in on the food every once in a while but said there is still one order ahead of you and the kitchen is backed up. The final excuse was that since I ordered my meat medium well it takes longer to cook. The manager finally came over, with our food at that and says Im sorry for your wait is there anything else we can get you? I tried to tell him about our wait and how everyones order where coming out before ours and he was very dismissive and repeated Is there anything else we can get you as if he did not want to listen to what I had to say. I think I really had it when the waiting did not pay off. Instead of enjoy our SHARED medium well steak that took a little longer to cook, it was RARE or Medium Rare. The waitress asked if we wanted a box and I said NO because we didnt even ask for the meat to be cooked like that. She takes the steak back to them and comes back with the bill with 50% taken off. I dont think we will ever come back to Longhorn again.

      I was celebrating my birthday last night, only for my girl to find a long black hair in her appetizer. Which wasn't a huge deal till this man came out who was rude and disrespectful. He not only made a racist joke about Mexicans in the kitchen sorry for the hair you know how they are!!!!! I'm Hispanic...the whole table was of mixed race. Than he didn't even take the food off the receipt the waitress had to ask him ...we didn't stay we left right after he said that . The waitress was so nice she tried to fix everything and said sorry so many times but the point is he said it not her!!! He never even said sorry after the fact. Im mortified. Never coming back to this racist restaurant outback from now on.

      I was discriminated because I could not walk and I am an electric wheelchair. The manager wanted me to ask him for permission to have my electric wheelchair back if I have to go to the bathroom or to leave the restaurant. I've never had this problem in ******* and plus I was there at that same restaurant two nights ago and no one said that they have to take my legs which is my electric wheelchair away from me and for me to ask permission to have them back.

      Hi name is I give this company a zero, this happens to be my favorite restaurant so I ordered my favorite dish which is egg plant, well the egg plant was not cooked it was so hard a plastic fork would cut it, so I called the restaurant to complain an the person who talked to didn't understand what was stating I tried to explain about my food an he stated that they can't do anything about it. So I asked to speak to a manager an I was waiting on the for them to answer an no one ever picked up the phone. This will be my last time I eat at this restaurant.

      My husband and I came in for my birthday **********. The waiter was excellent, none of this is a complaint on him. But it was 8:45 pm, they stopped making bread sticks, the soup had very little sausage and very little broth. The main meal was skimpy on the sauce and had crunchy salt throughout the meal. The tea was very very bad. They brought me another tea and that one was also bad. It tasted soupy. Long story short , my birthday meal felt like they were closing and giving us the bottom of the barrel on every single item, except the breadsticks, they were out. Not happy with the food at all
