      My daughter and I went to this restaurant and the server was nonchalant, dry, and unfriendly. I asked the manager ****** ****** if we could have another server but she stated " We do not discriminate and our servers are all trained the same way". I advised her I mentioned nothing about discrimination and advised her that the server was unfriendly, nonchalant, and did not seem to want to serve us and would just like another server. ****** proceeded to make the same statement about discrimination, which I was confused about. ****** proceeded to argue with me and I advised if I could have her boss's name (******), she provided a card with some writing on it. ****** did not provide us a solution except for us to either leave or keep the server we have. I am still confused if I asked for a different server a customer would either have to leave or suffer with an unfriendly server. ****** advised this is Longhorn policy.

      I had been served undercooked spongy chicken when I ordered chicken scampi on 03/16/2025 . I notified the manager , ****** *******, placed on my receipt that I was supposed to get a $20.79 refund that I need to get this money placed back on the debit card I used for this dinner. However, when I called on 03/19/2015 I was given the run around and refused to be given the mutual respect of this so called manager discussing with me my refund. I had complete diarrhea of loose stools 10x in 24 hours from Sunday and Monday due to eating this undercooked chicken

      During my visit to longhorn yesterday, it started off rough. To start off I joined the waitlist prior to going. The estimated time was 21 minutes. When I checked in we waited approximately 45 minutes. We then received a text to come in and the front desk host asked us how many guests. I informed her that the reservation was under my boyfriends first 3 initials and full last name. She then states that we werent on the list when I finally said it after repeating it 3 times she goes oh I got it follow me we then followed her to the very first booth. Thinking everything was going to go smoothly after this it however did not. The floor was extremely Dirty with towels and crumbs under as if someone cleant the table and brushed the remaining on the ground. Yes I knew it was a full house but Ive been to this location multiple times and have never experienced anything like this. The next issue was my table was not cleared when we received our food. appetizers plates and the bread plates were left on the table. No one offered to clear them for us not once. That also goes along with we never received any refills for our drinks. I did notice our waitress as well other waitresses handling other tables because it was a full house which I understood. However; I just felt like we went unnoticed the entire night.

      The date March 14 I purchased food from this location. The food was burnt and stale and uneditable. I talked to the manager. They said that they was going to sendover a gift card over them amount that I paid because they couldn't issue the refund back to my debit card they said my account was flagged and they wasn't gonna do anything and I was unable to eat my food. I want my money back.

      When I arrived at approximately 10:09 PM, the doors were still open, and customers were still dining inside. My son, ***** went in to retrieve our food, but he was quickly shooed away and told that the restaurant was closed. Confused, I then approached the door as an adult to explain the arrangement I had made with the staff member.Instead of listening, a staff member shut the door in my face while I was knocking and trying to explain. They then sent a manager to the door, who refused to open it and dismissively told me, through the glass, that there was "nothing he could do" and that my money had already been refunded. This was false. When I immediately checked my payment records, my money had in fact been taken from my account at 10:06 PMthree minutes before I arrived. I have the receipt and proof of payment, yet I never received my food.What makes this situation even more troubling is that while I was locked out and ignored, white customers were still inside, dining without issue. There were also customers freely leaving and returning to the restaurant. The doors were not locked until after my son and I arrived, which raises serious concerns about whether race played a role in how we were treated.This entire situation was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and humiliating. I expect immediate action to be taken.

      I went to LongHorn Steak House for an interview on Thursday in **********. I drove in the snow for 30 minutes and was told that the manager wasn't there. They had sent me a text an hour before reminding me to come in so I was a little taken back. I called Long Horn on Friday and spoke with the manager and he rescheduled my interview for Saturday. I drove 30 minutes each way, again and this time I was told there wasn't an opening in the position I applied for! So why they heck did they have me drive out there twice when there wasn't an opening to begin with? But it gets even better. I called the general manager to ask why they had me waste my time and gas. And she told me they hired someone named *** Thursday, the same day I showed up for my interview and was told there was no manager there! It was also a little strange because when I showed up for my interview today the host told me they desperately needed help for the position I applied for. I am a pretty heavy set guy but little do people know I can work 12 and 16 hour shifts and I have 25 years experience.I really think they took one look at me and immediately judged me.

      check# ***** longhorn ********************************** On March 4th I went inside this location to make a to go order. unfortunately once I got home one of my dinner items was wrong. I bought from the dinner menu a 9 count chicken tenders with double fries. I only received a regular meal with 6 tenders. so of course I called the restaurant. on my first call I was placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone. I called back and I believe ***** answered and took my information and told me a supervisor would call me back that same day or by the next morning. I got no call. I called back the next day and spoke to a gentleman who said he was not a supervisor but would refund me. still to this day no refund. I called the restuarant again today several Times and no one picked up the phone. I have given this location many chances despite my better judgement.. there was one time me and my daughter dined there and there was a small worm in her broccoli. not to mention roaches in the bathroom. this most recent incident tells me customer service is not a priority. this will be my last time spending my money here since the supervisor cant take 2 minutes out of their day to resolve this issue.

      i have placed two orders in the past couple months and both have been bad quality. the first one it was cold and the food was undercooked. the second one they literally gave me the wrong itwms and a hair was in our spinach dip

      We were greeted by the ****** the manager who put us on the waiting list he said it would be about ***** minutes. Sat there for about an hour. There were 3 other guests waiting before us. They were all seated except for us. 4 other groups came in and were seated. I went and asked why it was taking too long, was told we were not on the list and that she needed to clean the table. I informed the hostess I needed to speak with the manager & was told ****** was the manager and he didnt put us on the list. ****** came over & said our name was attached to another group. That he would get us a table. While the hostess just laughed at our face and didnt even apologize. She said well it was the manager who didnt write your name on the list. This is unacceptable the restaurant had a lot of empty tables. Pretty much didnt care of their customers. Didnt appreciate the hostess attitude she lied by saying the manager had left when I asked to speak with him.

      I contacted the merchant via email and expressed my disappointment with the order issue I'd experienced. I received both an email and a phone call from the merchant apologizing for the mixup of giving me the wrong order and on the phone call was assured I'd be refunded for this inconvenience. This has yet to happen and at this point I just want my money back so that I can put this experience behind me!
