      Watch out. I just witnessed an employee pick raw wings up with bare hands then proceeded to touch cooked with out washing his hands

      I got my delivery and the first door Dash driver took the food and I ordered on the wingstop app but they won't give the refund back and I was waiting on the other order and never got that and but I want a refund i think i am done with wingstop for good just give me my refund I just order today and never got I am mad about it slince it was throw wingstop app and it was birthday money too just give me my refund now I am not playing at all

      I went in and ordered my food. It took 30 to 40 mins before I received my food. I get home to eat my food, which Im only 5 mins away from this location, my chicken was hot but my fries were cold as ice. I quit coming to this location because it has a lot of problems and I will just never go back

      I just reviewed the worst service ever from wing stop on ******** I ordered my food online for pick up got back to work to see that my order was wrong so I called up to wing stop a girl answered the phone I told her my name and that my order was wrong the girl said o yea another a customer just came back up here with your order and ask could I bring it back I told her I could not bring it back because my lunch break was over she then asked me do I want to talk to the manager I said yes and when the manager who was a male got on the phone he said you can bring it back up here and we can make the frys I told him I could not bring back because my lunch break was over he then put me on hold or he thought he put me on hold and began to talk about me say he dont know why Im getting mad at him that its not his fault my order was wrong and if I dont want to come back up there and get my order he dont know what to tell me because he not giving me my money back and he said she should have checked her bag before she left and he got back on the phone and I told him I could hear everything he was saying and he said OK instead of apologizing, he want to to go back-and-forth with me about my order that they messed up not one time did I hear him say anything to his employees who got my order wrong and also another customers order wrong, but hes going back-and-forth with me as a manager I feel like that is unprofessional. Not one time did he apologize to me about what he said about me over the phone or about them messing up my order I feel like that was so rude he said he will put my name in some book to get a free meal but I have 7 days to get it I will never go back to the location ever again

      On Dec 13th I ordered the 30 crew pack from the wrong location, online, 122nd and ****. I noticed immediately and called to cancel or change to another location. I was hung up on initially after being on hold for a while. By the time I reached someone again, my friend had already ordered from the correct location so that we could just cancel my order. They agreed and the person who claimed to be the manager said it would be 3-5 days processing. I called back after receiving no refund. The next person said its usually 7-10 days and call after that. Ive called twice since then and has been put on hold for 15+ min each time. Ii have not been able to reach anyone and still no refund, almost a month later. Please do not do service here, they will steal your money!

      I visited ********* I am an out of state resident. I accidentally ordered from the ********* location due to my GPS for some reason picked that up as the nearest location. I immediately realized the mistake I made and attempted to call the wingstop number printed on my receipt to cancel. I was hung up on several times. Like they didnt even answer the phone and say a word they just immediately hang up on you. Cant believe they pay people to do this.

      Wingstop ****************** provided me with the most terrible service Ive ever received. I ordered classic wings paid for them and was told theyd be ready in 30 minutes after waiting. I was told they didnt have them so I asked for a refund. I waited at the front of the store for 20 minutes for manager to come refund and then was told there was, no manager there and that I would have to wait till the general manager could drive there to refund. Needless to say that was days ago and a refund was never processed on top of that. They were not professional very ratchet and I felt like it was a trap house . So not only did I get bad service. They still have my money. I didnt get any food just all around *****.
