      The cashier was very rude !! I had to keep repeating myself and she kept slamming the window in my face while I was trying to tell her AGAIN what I wanted and then proceeded to yell at me because she couldn’t hear me and didn’t get me a receipt and refused to give me one after I asked multiple times for it she used racial slurs at me and flicked me off and talked about my appearance and everyone in the store was acting like nothing was going on!! WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I also have LIVE PHOTOS of her flicking me off and dancing like it was okay !

      Corporate needs to visit the ************, ** as an Undercover Boss. I witnessed an employee that was not wearing gloves eating French fries. The same employee was putting fries in a cup with his hand & it was given to a drive thru customer. Management was informed, but I don't think that anything will be done about it. I suggest that you don't eat at this location. The ** Department of Health needs to close this location down.??

      Girl working at the till was exceptionally rude I had an issue with how long the service was taking as it shouldn’t take 20 mins to get an order when I was literally the only person in the restaurant when I got there & I couldn’t speak she kept cutting me off & being passive aggressive & didn’t answer a single question when I asked her for the managers number she started talking to someone else on her but there was nobody in the drive through so it wasn’t a customer laughing & joking around I then made eye contact & directly & clearly once again asked for the managers name & number which her reaction was to turn away & try to call another customer to the till even though they were very clearly not ready to order she wouldn’t give me the number any of the 3x I asked or her name even then I got home to realize they didn’t give me my full order which happened the last time I went there I wouldn’t be as frustrated about not receiving my whole order even though that has happened the last 2 times I’ve gone there but her ignorance & lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous & something should be done to address it if you are going to work in the fast food industry with a high volume of customers than you need to know how to deal with them rather than being rude & acting like a middle school girl with an attitude problem

      I am local to the pigeon forge location, and have tried to contact 2 times before, because of issues and NO ONE answers, including contacting corporate online!!!! Tonight is the 3rd time, and im done!!! First time, they gave me a cheap dollar sandwich instead of an asiago, which i paid for, second time they gave me 2 Jr deluxe deluxe burgers instead of 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Which both the Asiago and the Jr bacon doesn't sound like a big deal, but both days I worked 13 hours, and just wanted a sandwhich and couldn't even get one!!! I hated the Jr cheeseburgers and the Jr chicken..... tonight I got a Jr cheeseburger biggie bag and an extra sandwich. Both sandwiches are hard, the bun, and cold and tastes old, fries and nuggets are obviously old and they are cold.... I sat in line all 3 times for atleast 25 minutes with only a car or 2 in front of me, and get wrong, cold, disgusting food, and wendys don't do anything!!!!!! Don't waste your money here, they only care about taking/ stealing from you and won't fix it!!!!

      **** B Went to the Wendy's in ******* **. and it was really terrible. The inside was filled with employee personal items om the counter including a box of Fruit Loops. Phones and personal item on counters!! The food was really bad. very small burger and fries were cold and limp. I will never go back to I Wendy's again. Thought about buying stock in Wendy's glad I did not. If you could give less then 1 star I would.

      I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund due to someone fraudently getting into my Wendy's account and using my Wendy's gift card to place an order for $13.39. I have been calling, chatting, and emailing them to no avail. All I can get from them is the same response of how they let their manager know and that this case has been escalated to the highest priority. I have never received such horrible customer service. I am now at my wits end wondering what to do but to leave a review for others to read. I am assuming by now that I'll never get my money back. They have quit answering my emails too.

      Wendy's 4474 Montgomery Rd I am asking to revoke their license from the franchise owner. This is literally the worst wendys in the city. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Wendys should care more about their franchise locations. Shame on them too. IF I had my say, I would hold the owner criminally liable in court for ripping people off with such terrible customer service and food. In a better world. This place would close down. Shame on the city of Norwood for giving them a business license. The worst wendys I have ever been to. I hope it closes and the owner does the right thing and gets out of the business.

      Ordered family spicy chicken nuggets and one other ten piece only got 10 spicy nuggets tried talking to Wendy's support No help at all won't be making any large orders from them anymore since I DON'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR

      Went to the Wendy in Toledo on laskey at miracle mile and I ordered a triple cheeseburger combo with no onions,ketchup or mayonnaise.. so I checked my sandwich like I always do before I left and they put ketchup and mayonnaise on my sandwich so I told them I DID NOT want ketchup and mayonnaise on my sandwich and gave back to them I get my sandwich back and all they basically did was scrape off the ketchup and mayonnaise and gave me the same sandwich back and I looked at the manager and shook my head and said you just gave me the same sandwich back that you guys messed up and she just walked away and I drove off!! I was so disgusted with what they did when I got home I couldn’t even eat the darn sandwich knowing what they did so I just wasted $18.00 on this food I couldn’t even eat because they couldn’t make me a new sandwich!! I’m not sure if this is common practice but if it is that’s very disgusting and unsanitary in my opinion!!

      The Wendy’s in Royston ga sells apple pecan salad and doesn’t add the blue cheese. The manager said the blue cheese is moldy so she never adds it. They don’t tell you this before you order.The manager will not give a refund.The purposeful leaving out ingredients is cheating customers please do something about this store it also has a lot of other problems including rudeness.Manager was very rude
