      The Donatos website wouldnt pull up on my computer so I called the location that delivers to my area directly at the Mill Run location in ********, **, but unbeknownst to me at the time, I was actually connected to a call center outside the country. It took ten minutes to even place my order for a large Classic Trio and a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. I gave all my delivery information, which should have already been on file as Ive ordered from them before. I then gave all my credit card information at which point the person taking my order said it was declined. The representative then told me they couldnt complete my order. When asked for them to redo it they refused. I asked for their manager and they said there was no manager. Then they told me they could connect me to the actual store. That is when I realized I was not talking to a person at the location I was ordering from. They still refused to let me talk to their manager even after they admitted there was a manager on duty but they were busy. They put me on hold and did transfer me to the actual store location. I told that manager I would never order from them again because I didnt feel my information was safe with them. I gave out my credit card information to a third party company that said my card was declined when it was accepted without issue when I ordered from another pizza company right after that. I will be monitoring my credit card for fraudulent charges.*

      We are so sorry this happened! Because of staffing issues, we have been using a *********** to help take orders and instead they upset you! I cannot apologize enough for the rudeness of this agent and will forward your post to our contact w/o your name. They could have transferred you to our location. We always have a manager on duty! If you have any problems with your card, please reach out to me at ********** Please forgive us for this unfortunate situation.

      This is the last time I order anything from Donatos. Worst customer service ever. I have been ordering from the same store for over 10 years. I ordered from donatos.com and some third party driver from door dash showed up with 3 less pizzas and the wrong 4th one. I called the store and they told me I had to call door dash even though I ordered from their website. I told them I don't even have a door dash account and wouldn't know who to call. I escalated with the manager since I expected them to fix their mistake. He then put someone else on which may have been another manager.. not sure, but he told me the same thing. I then told him I wanted a refund and won't be ordering from Donatos ever again. No apology... he said ok and then hung up on me. No refund yet, now I have to call corporate. I noticed you changed your website, maybe you are integrating with door dash to accommodate a shortage in delivery drivers.. dunno. The guy that did showed up, the wrong pizza was already ice cold. I told him to bring it back to the store. Right now I just want my money back.

      For one, after you order there is no way to track your order or get ahold of customer service.When I did try to contact customer service it did not accept my request meaning I couldnt complain to them. ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFIED with this customer service, maybe if I could talk to someone real time about where the heck my food is I would be happier but nope, no customer service whatsoever. Do NOT recommend.

      We are sorry we do not have a pizza tracker and I see this was your first order with us. I also see that it was checked out 9 minutes before our estimated promise time. You can speak to someone by calling the location your ordered from for assistance. I am not sure why you could not submit an issue to us on our web-site. The link on our web-site is working and active.

      You need to take a hard look at the Donatos, *****************. **********, **** Franchise. An absolutely unprecedented poor experience. It's not the food, I love your food! Its the customer service. It actually bothers me that I finally live close to a location and now I have to stop going because of how bad it's repeatedly been! I was 1-2 minutes past the time I was told to pick up the order. I waited for over 20 minutes and was never acknowledged, greeted or given any feedback..EVER. I saw an employee walk past the window once but for that 20 minutes nothing! They weren't busy and they heard me when I tried to get someones attention. I get it that the pay ***** for them, I get it that they might hate their boss, but when a business is so poorly ran that an employee can get away with being that apathetic to a stranger who's done nothing to them. That is a MAJOR issue that needs looked at. Remove the bad apples and double the pay. Watch how quickly things turn around for low wage workers.

      I took a friend to ******** Pizza at the Intersection of Grant ******* and Main Street in ******** ****, on July 20, 2022. There was a woman with a younger looking girl already there when we arrived. My friend ordered two sandwiches and we sat down and waited approximately 40 minutes to an hour. Finally, my friend goes to the counter and asks if they have started to prepare the order, if not, we were going somewhere else where we could get service today. When he asked, the employee yelled his name out, as if he was trying to find out who was preparing this order. When no one responded, my friend asked for the manager. We never saw a manager (when we requested their presence), so my friend asked for a refund. The employee went in the back somewhere and didn't return for who knows how many minutes (the place is only so big). So, my friend and I left the location and went home (with no food, or money). We both contacted customer service who basically did nothing, other than make excuses for everything that was unprofessional about the employees' behavior. (Like 3 or 4 employees taking selfies, and "yuking" it up and we're wondering where our food is. We didn't go back to get our money; we have decided to stay away from ******** if they are not concerned about customer satisfaction! If a customer has to wait longer than usual, have the professionalism to go out and let them know.

      We are so sorry you had a serious service issue ***! We are aware of this situation and my team actually did assist you. We told you and **** (the order placer) to go back to the location to collect your cash. The manager was on her way to the counter to assist and you had left. I know you were upset but **** cursed and hung up on us. That is why we took the extra step to call you to let you know what to do and how **** treated us. We apologized numerous times. We are sorry we let you down!
