      I placed an online order for 2 subs. Some wings cinnamon bread and 2 pizzas. I was told to come and pick it up in ********************************* about 35 minutes. My food still not ready waiting on my subs. Get Home. My wings are not there so then I call the store repeatedly. They hang up every time it goes from the automated to the ring. And then finally I get somebody in the try to say that they're sub. Ticketing machine is not working. I said that's not my problem. I'm on my way for my wings. So I get for my wings and I've been sitting at the window for 20 minutes. This is one of the worst donatos I've ever been to.This is not the first time i've encountered issues with my order being delayed

      I ordered food at 5pm at the ********************* location. Was told 5:50 on order arrival. 5:30 apparently the pizzas left the store. Got home from work at 6 to my family to find out it never arrived yet. I then called the store got to someone that transferred me. After that it hung up. Okay never did I expect at 7:55 this pizza to show up as I took my family out to the skate rink. lol I had to tell the DoorDash guy over ring camera to just throw it on the table.. Im not going to be home till 10 so Im sure itll be trashed by then. All Im saying is it is unacceptable for me to order at 5 and the app says 540 to get it at 7:53 I just want my refund. I also dont think Ill ever go to my citys Donatos again.. I grew up on this s*** and was able to walk to my hometowns donatos. Too bad my daughter wont have the same experience as me.

      Hi ******** - I am so sorry about the late delivery time. I will absolutely refund $39 today and it takes 3-5 business days for the charge to disappear from your account!  This location was using Door Dash Drivers and they got very behind!  I hope you will forgive us!

      I ordered at 4:58 online. Called at 6:30 to check on it and they were waiting on/short of drivers and didnt want to use DoorDash. I called again at 7:30 and they said they had to remake it and it was out for delivery. I then called at 8:55 for a refund. Never talked to a manager but the employee said to expect a refund in 3-5 business days. Unacceptable.

      Hi ****! We are SO sorry and you are right! This is unacceptable! The Manager should have communicated the issue with you and given you the option to pick it up if needed. We use Door Dash delivery when we do not have a driver on the schedule. I see your credit card was refunded so the charge should disappear in 3-5 business days. I am adding a free 14" CYO/Signature pizza into your Rewards account for you next visit! I will report this to the Area Manager so they can go over the correct procedures with the team.

      I was there dining in and a girl with lots of bracelets and rings and blonde hair had took my order she did a good job with my order. However I went to refill my drink because I couldnt find her for ******************************************* the kitchen so I took it upon myself to get my drink I go over and she is sitting on the floor vaping air blowing everywhere after I had waited for 30 minutes for my drink

      Donatos pizza in Erlanger KY I called to order for a birthday party, spending @$70. The web site did not work. I called Donatos and a woman answered. She was rude and felt like she just was ******* me to order over phone, only to be interrupted as I spoke She said she was the manager and could not give any deals only on the website which was not working I took my *************************

      We order pizza for 4 people every week. The problem is always with the cauliflower crust that I order for myself. They used to put a gluten free sticker on the box so I would know which one was mine. They no longer do that so I started ordering mine cut in pie slices and well done which I prefer but also lets me know which one is mine. They have not made this correctly the last 5 times we’ve ordered it. Sometimes it’s not even the cauliflower crust. Thankfully I’m not gluten intolerant I just feel better when I eat gluten free. Very frustrated as I feel this order should not be too difficult.

      Hi *********! We don't put Gluten Free stickers on the cauliflower boxes! I am very sorry! We don't advertise them as gluten free! If you call the manager when placing the order, you can ask them to mark your box with your name! And always call the Manager when you feel the pizza was incorrect! This may help! I hope you will understand!

      You don't have to log in to view our menu. However, you have to choose a location because our products and prices vary by location.

      I can see that Donatos (pizza) has a lot of bad reviews; and I can understand why. My finance and I ordered a pizza--and then requested to have a cup of ice. The employee working her shift declined to allow us to order a cup of ice. Rather she just didn't want to do her job--and she sent us away. It was very rude. Very disrespectful. On top of that, the employee working looked **** ****** *** ******. And had an extremely poor attitude. We will not be ordering from Donatos (Pizza) ever again. Instead we will go across the street to Pizza Hut or Crenos (Pizza). Dr. *****

      If I could leave no stars I would.. This is the worst food order I have enter seen.I ordered a thick individual founders they send a thin cut onto a Million pieces. I ordered a full order of wings they send six. Salad had cheese dumped all over it. Food was cold. Bags were opened. Just terrible shitty food for 50 Bucks never ever again!

      One, if you have to call due to order being late, you get a person that pretends they're from your store. No. They are what I call gatekeepers. It's a call center so don't be fooled. I've had so many issues in the past i was told how to try to get the actual store manager. I tried. No answer. Five times . Two, they do not, will not acknowledge that you're dealing with a call center unless you "call them out", no pun intended. Three, I tipped super generous for an order that I TOTALLY wish I could change the tip on since it was very late and then barely warm on delivery. If they want to know why people use Flyers, Tammy's, Joseppis (and that's saying something cuz their reviews stink locally) then pay attention. I truly tried this again because I thought maybe something changed. After numerous negative delivery attempts, this was no better. Either your app/website overestimates the physical capabilities (um, not my problem) or you are broken. Won't be going back. I can get a better deal, equal flavor and quality from flyers and it gets delivered early instead of really late. Goodbye donatos!
