1 starI purchased a 5.11 Tac Tec Trainer Vest and 20 lbs. weight vest plates from Rogue on Black Friday. Upon realizing it did not fit me I returned the vest to Rogue along with the 20 lbs. weight vest plates. I received a refund for the vest and plates but I had to pay more than $200 in shipping. When I called Rogue to see if they could partially reimburse me or at least give me a partial store credit for the shipping the customer service representative essentially said "Too bad there's nothing I can do. You should have called us first before returning the vest." He was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. When you return an item through Rogue the website does not tell you that you should call them first before returning an item. It only provides you with a return label and that's it. They also don't tell you that YOU will have to pay for the full cost of shipping and not them. I have been a long term customer of this company. However, based off of the inflexible customer service I received I will no longer be ordering anything from them ever again.Review fromMaggie N

1 starMy order wasn't fully delivered. The tracking number indicated 11 items, but *** only delivered 8 on 10/17. I even chased down the driver, who said nothing else was in the truck for me. The next day, I received another tracking number via email from *** showing a shipment hold at a *** location, which I never requested. When I went to the *** store around 3 PM on 10/18, only 2 items were available for pickup. I contacted ROUGE again about my missing barbell, and they claimed it was at the *** store. After calling my local ***, I learned that the last piece had just arrived an hour prior.I paid over $200 for shipping, and the service has been unacceptable. When I reached out to ROUGE customer service, they told me to contact *** and I had to insist on a follow-up. I asked ROUGE to arrange for the last package to be re-delivered, but they said it would take 1-2 business days to investigate. Ive spent so much time tracking down both *** and ROUGE, and each time I chat with ROUGE, I have to repeat my story. This is very unprofessional and not how you treat a customer who spent over $1500.Review fromAdam S

1 starCanceled my order for a row machine due to "fraudulent activity" but kept my 1200 dollars. Customer service does not help.Review fromDavid R

1 starFailed delivery, unable to have a refund for their actions in not delivering anywhere near the estimated delivery date. Customer service does not provide answers or resolutions. They never offered compensation either. There was zero oversight regarding the shipment. I want a refund but they will not let me because they say they never promised delivery on a date yet gave me a specific date they did not meet. I have had to be the one to make phone calls and they have not done anything to help track down my shipment. I am unable to do anything for rectifying this because they are not accepting my request for a refund and return their product.Review fromChris B

1 starI ordered a $3500 piece of equipment from this company. Rogue shipped the piece through one of the most terrible freight line companies, who ultimately damaged my item severely. The fright line company also ran over my mailbox upon delivery. I had to order additional parts that were not properly tapped and miss measured. For the premium price paid for this item, there should never be these types of mistakes made. Also for the price paid in shipping they should use freight liners who actually care for the customers product.Review fromMike L

1 starI have been a fan of Rogue for years and love that they are an American Made Company. They do make solid products as well. Thats where is stops. They are completely dropping the ball on customer service and experience in general. Anything you look to purchase has outrageous shipping charges. Any equipment has near double the cost to ship if not more. For example, 5.11 tactical vest with a pair of 8.75 pound plates we more than double the cost to ship that item in a reasonable time. HARD PASS. This results to window shopping for specs and then moving on to another option to purchase. I also recently purchased a pair of Rogue Knee sleeves that ended up being too small. If I compare those to ******** product the Rogue is a smaller fit. I ended up having to return the Rogue Knee Sleeves and they wanted to charge close to $15 shipping for the return of one pair of $70.00 sleeves. That was close to a quarter of the cost and is a complete joke. If you couple that with the cost to ship them to me, I am paying 50% in shipping. Who wants to do business with someone like this. In My Opinion, Rogue is driving away users and they don't seem to care. We are being reduced to a window shopping environment for ideas and then I am off to find similar products at a more reasonable price. Not cheaper, but someone who does not take advantage of people. WAKE UP ROGUE! Or tell us your model has changed and you do not want to focus on an individual consumer. Your reviews show similar interactions, question is, what's your next step?Review fromLauren H

1 starBelow average customer service. Issue 1: I bought the *** lite squat rack a few years back. It did not come with the hardware to attach the pull up bar. I called and let them know they did not have the hardware with my order. They said theyd get some out ASAP. Nothing. I called again and asked if I could get some hardware since nothing had been previously shipped. They said theyd ship some out. Nothing. Just a joke. I ended up getting some my self. Issue 2: I had some recent interest in a cable machine. I asked about shipping and how the product would get to my garage. They said it wouldnt. It wasnt guaranteed to even get off the *********** would need a forklift. Oh ok. Let me get a ****lb forklift into my neighborhood real quick. I will not be using Rogue for future orders- theyre too cool and big to care about helping customers. Huge disappointment from someone who lives in **** and loves to support **** based companies.Review fromDebasish B

1 starRogue Echo bumper plates do not fit standard Olympic bar - I bought a set of 6 plates for $407 for my daughter who is at college consisting of two each of 45 lbs, 25 lbs and 10 lbs plates. Out of the 6 plates, one of the 10 lbs plates did not fit either sleeve of a standard Olympic barbell that she bought from Amazon. The remaining 5 plates fit fine. She tried to force the problematic plate into the barbell sleeves but the plate would just not go in! I contacted customer service for a replacement of the defective ************************************************************************ my life. They first asked for photos and I sent them photos with my daughter holding up the barbell with the defective plate stuck at the top. Then they asked for videos which I refused. Then they asked for caliper measurements. My daughter does not have a caliper tool and I did not want to buy one just for this purpose since they cost about $45! So I sent pictures of a ruler against the plate and barbell sleeves showing the measurements. **************** responded that they cannot do anything without caliper measurements! So basically they do not trust a customer who is having an issue with one of six plates purchased and also the cheapest one in the set purchased. I have asked my daughter to buy another 10 lb plate from a local store. Also she wanted to get Rogue plates based on feedback from her college fitness communities. I am sure she will socialize her horrible experience with Rogue equipment within the fitness communities she works out with. I for one will not touch another Rogue product in my life.
