I called Fireplace Professionals to inspect a fireplace for a home inspection for buyers I represented. The mortar on the brick on the interior had shifted and cracked. They came out the next day! The service was outstanding and the technician did a full inspection with a camera. He sent the repot with his findings and pictures of the fireplace interior that same evening. We had the best experience with Fireplace Professionals. The techs who came out to get the measurements and who replaced our chimney chase ***** were outstanding and very professional. All the work was done in a timely manner and they were able to come out before our scheduled appt. **** who works in the office was extremely professional and very friendly. She worked with us on all aspects of the job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs Fireplace work done. 10 stars.Fireplace Pros

I needed a cap and flu tile replaced. Called fireplace pros. Jerry came by the same day, gave us an estimate. We called the office(Mary) to set the start date. Jerry and AJ came on scheduled date and completed the job on same day. They did an outstanding job and left no mess. Jerry and AJ were very friendly as well as professional. I would certainly use them again if needed. I would highly recommend them.Fireplace Pros
