  Like everyone on here, TQL has been harassing us non stop with sometimes multiple calls a day. We have requested them to remove us from their list every time. No one respects that.

  Was completely transparent with what I expected and the time frame. Received a quote and agreed up there service. Once locked in quote and representatives I worked with changed almost daily. Product was a month late and they expect me to pay 3X the original agreed upon amount. From Business standpoint do not do business with TQL. They are terrible to work with a will try and rip you off once have your product.

  I have been on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since February 01, 2008, and these guys just called me and left a cryptic voicemail to "call ** back". I have never done business with these people, and coupled with the *****, they absolutely should not be calling me. BAD FORM!!! I would never do business with a company that cold calls people! Find another way! And yeah -- I sell about $3,000,000 per year (about 8 truck loads per month), and you will NEVER get my business!

  This company is HARASSING my company with sales phone calls. Literally 10-12 calls since January of this year, and we haven't used them in over 2 years (January 2023). I have told 5 different reps to remove me as their contact person. I have told them politely multiple times we have no use for their services, since most of our customers arrange now their own freight. I have told them twice to remove us from their list. NO ONE AT TQL RESPECTS THESE INSTRUCTIONS. I received another spam call from them today (02/26/25), and when I answered they hung up like cowards. They either don't know what they're doing or don't care... not sure which is worse. And if they don't treat a "prospect" with respect, how much better would they treat me as a customer?? I never intend to find out. They are absolutely disrespectful by repeatedly wasting my time and my company's time, and actually they are foolishly wasting their own time and alienating potential customers. I am now asking IT whether they can block the number for Total Quality Logistics. What a VERY poor way to try to get more business. BBB did you a favor by requiring at least one star for a review submission. Learn your lesson already, TQL. You may be A+ by BBB but you can tell from your reviews that you have some majorly wrong business practices.

  Have reported this company to the FCC multiple times. They have been told more than once that our company does not have freight needs yet proceed to harass us. We blocked their number but they're still able to leave voice messages. Considering the sheer number of similar complaints, serious action is required to take place in order to fix this ongoing issue.

  As all the other reviews have stated, TQL calls our office 3/4 times a week, sometimes multiple times a day, trying to book freight. We have explained to them numerous times that we do not ship items. I was nice and asked them to remove us after the first 25 calls. Now, I explain that we are on the DNC list and they always say they’ll remove us. Yet, they never do. It is to the point now that we are going to file suit for harassment/breaking DNC.

  Like many others, TQL incessantly calls me, even after implicitly explaining to them I don't even have any logistic needs! I am on the National Do Not Call List, I have asked their reps repeatedly to remove me from their call list, all to no avail. I have also been laughed at by more than one rep, and one supervisor so far, when I've expressed my frustration and repeated my request to be removed from the list. I consider this an abject failure in leadership, and judging by the sheer volume of complaints and bad reviews it's not an issue management takes seriously at any level. At this point, the harassment has continued off and on for a couple of years and is clearly not going to be resolved through normal channels. I've documented all of the calls since the beginning, including a confirmation text message stating I had been removed from their list in 2022. I have lost interest in giving TQL anymore opportunities to correct their behavior. I cannot, and would never, recommend a company that conducts themselves so unprofessionally. I will speak with my attorney and pursue legal action from here.

  TQL has been harassing us with multiple phone calls per day for years. As a small business this is taxing and frustrating. We don't schedule freight, and have been asked many times to be removed from their call list. They say okay, and continue to call more than once every business day.
