Total Quality calls repeatedly, despite being told every time that we are not going to do business with them and to take us off their calling list. They will sometimes say they can begin that process, but then try to start selling us services again and never remove our information. Every time it is a new "broker", so they are obviously giving our number out over and over again. It's to the point that it can no longer be considered soliciting business, but has escalated to the point of harassment. It is incredibly frustrating to run a business efficiently when being repeatedly interrupted by unwanted sales calls—especially after making multiple formal requests to be removed from a company’s call list. Unfortunately, Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has ignored these requests for years, continuing to call our company daily. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this directly with TQL, including explicit requests to stop calling, they persist. This pattern of behavior suggests a disregard for basic business courtesy and compliance with do-not-call requests. Their aggressive sales tactics disrupt daily operations and waste valuable time. We are formally requesting that TQL immediately remove our company from all contact lists and cease all further communications. If TQL does not comply, we will explore additional avenues to ensure our requests are honored. This kind of relentless cold-calling is not just an inconvenience—it is unprofessional and unacceptable. The nonstop calls we have been receiving from TQL for over a year now are ridiculous. We have asked every time to be removed from their call list and we are not interested in doing business with them, yet the calls continue anywhere from 2 times a week up to multiple times a day. I just spoke with someone on Wednesday 3/5/25 and told them to stop calling us and was told that they would note the account to stop calling. We received another call today, 3/7/25. This time we were told that they are not able to remove companies from their call list. How is this not considered harassment?!Business Response

This company continues to make aggressive repetitive sales calls to my staff members, despite being told numerous times that should we need their services that we would call them for a quote, and to not call any of us again. Yesterday was the last straw when my colleague specifically told the representative to stop calling and take us off all their call lists, and was told that we would not be removed from their call list until at least 2 to 4 months' time...during which regular solicitation calls would continue! I am absolutely fed up and furious with Total Quality Logistics (TQL) for their nonstop, harassing phone calls that I’ve begged them to stop! My business is on the National Do Not Call Registry, and yet these relentless clowns keep calling—at ridiculous hours like 3:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM—completely ignoring my demands to leave us alone. I’ve told their clueless reps over and over to stop calling us. I’ve even gone out of my way to contact TQL through their useless website, screaming for them to remove us from their list. Nothing works! They don’t care! This isn’t just annoying—it’s outrageous and disrespectful. I wouldn’t touch their pathetic company with a ten-foot pole, and I’m beyond sick of their garbage tactics. This company calls ours every week, sometimes we get lucky for a few months without hearing from them but the calls never fail to come back. The reps themselves seem very nice, however, we will never do business with this company because they keep calling with the same talking points and cannot honor the fact that we don't want to be contacted by them because we are not interested in their services. I have been told directly by a manager that they do not have a "Do Not Call" List, supposedly the only way to stop the calls is to book loads with them every few months which sounds completely asinine. Hopefully, escalating this through the BBB can get our company on their DNC list. I'm happy to provide all the necessary contact information through whichever means TQL prefers.Business Response

I do not appreciate the company's business model of changing our rep every few months, as there are a bunch of new emails and phone calls soliciting loads/business every time the rep changes. In October I requested that the company/its reps stop contacting me completely, but every few months the contact will resume with a different rep. This morning I received two separate emails from two separate new reps (because we have two separate companies), one of which was from a rep I just told to not contact me less than a month ago. Over the course of the past 30 days, this company has launched an extremely aggressive solicitation campaign against our business. I have contacted them on 2 separate occasions to be placed on their do not call list. The calls have not stopped and are literally every day. The calls themselves to not appear to be human because there is sometimes 90 seconds or more of silence left on our voice message system. Rate confirmation for original quote fully paid in the amount of 950.79 for *** ******. Keep in mind that no logistics company will move a delivery without payment, so the additional charges due to their negligence are TQL's responsibility. Truck picked up our shipment on or around the 3rd of April, additional charges were charged for the delivery, then they rerouted our delivery back to its pickup location, and scheduled another truck to deliver around 6th of May. Please note attachment provided in this form for emails detailing some conversations with TQL, this information was already provided to them before they threatened legal action to pay bills we are not responsible for.Business Response

From there, there were multiple receiver issues from the customer that were discussed and approved with our team over email. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.The delivery address was only changed AFTER TQL failed to deliver to the agreed upon address, and TQL proposed re-routing the entire shipment after they could not secure transport that they had promised, a classic bait and switch situation resulting in over 300% increase in charges from our original quote. In what universe is it OK for a 3-day delivery to turn into over a month of excuses from TQL's Logistical team and the customer gets charged ridiculous fees due to TQL's inability to have a local carrier complete the original task at hand? Not this one.
If TQL continues with this desperate attempt to extort funds for their scheduling errors we will present our evidence to a judge in claims court when the time comes and use every avenue available to ensure that potential customers are aware of our experience and avoid using TQL's services.

For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.TQL actually bothered to look at some emails, so that's a step in the right direction. TQL has failed to acknowledge however, that their employee at no point in time notified us that such ridiculous fees would be included for their failure to find a carrier to move our load to a secondary location, and that they hit us with an invoice for 3 times the original quote after they spent a month with our shipment being held and bounced around the State. Emails and text messages clearly demonstrate that TQL could not effectively re-route for an alternate address very close to the original address, The distance from ******* ** to ************* ** is 97 miles, and they are responsible for rerouting the load all the way back to its original pickup location, and then back to ************* . In addition, TQL does not provide any service until an estimate has been provided, and the customer pays in full. I have the quote for services attached, that has been paid in full. TQL at no point provided an invoice during the period of time they had custody of the load for additional charges, if they had, we would have selected another carrier. No reasonable judge or jury will find the charges presented reasonable, and we will not be responsible financially for TQL's series of mistakes during the course of this delivery.
