Samsung is fully aware of the ice maker issues. They send a repair tech to come out and fix it. Same issue happens again 2 months later! Now all the sudden its out of warranty and we have to pay out of pocket for this defective ice maker! I'd love to know whose bright idea it was to place an ice maker inside a refrigerator that's 40 warmer than needed to keep the ice frozen?! This is NOT a good look on Samsung. Not only is the ice maker junk but I have to thaw my fridge once every 2 weeks to keep the build up from destroying everything and causing the entire fridge to malfunction, costing me a lot of money and a lot of spoiled food. Get it together and fix our ice makers properly!!MODEL #RF265BEAESG/AA

Worst appliances ever!!!! By 5yrs and maybe sooner but I noticed my refrigerator was really warm one day so I pulled it out cleaned underneath as I do once a year. Took 48hrs to thaw and melt all the ice off the back panel. It kept cooling for a couple months after that. Now it won't get cold I have it set at 34 and it hasn't (bottom shelf) been below 43 or (top shelf) 54 in over a month. I contact the Samsung and they want me to pay for everything but they know it's a known defect in this appliance. They need to either come up with a forever fix or recall their appliances.

We have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollar worth of food due to this manufacturers defect. My first call to Samsung was March 22-2022 and my appliance has yet to be looked at I have had 3 different dates for the technicians to come out and and they only showed up once (which I prepaid for diagnostic service). My refrigerator still has not been diagnosed but service quick which is Samsungs appliance repair company wants me to pay for parts since Samsung said they would pay for labor. I disagreed with payment and they left but still haven't diagnosed the refrigerator. So I called them back and opened another ticket then they canceled my ticket so I had to call back and open another ticket which canceled them.paying for labor. This is an ongoing issue I have countless hours of phone calls, 3 days missed work, and tons of food loss. I want a refund and to be compensated for my loss. My time and money are valuable and they don't care. Worst customer service experiences ever. I absolutely will never recommend Samsung.

13 Months wait on a replacement part.I bought a four-door refrigerator in January 2021. In March 2021 a piece on the right (facing) top-shelf broke. I contacted Samsung for a replacement part. They sent a part not even close to what I needed. I contacted Samsung again. They sent the wrong part a second time. I contacted them a third time and they put the part on backorder. The refrigerator went out of warranty so Samsung now can not send the part. They said to order the part from J &J and pay for it. Once delivered Samsung would then refund the purchase price to me. I ordered the part and paid for it on October 2nd, 2021. It is now the 29th of April, 2022, and I have not received the part. That is 13 months of waiting on a replacement part. I have only limited use of the upper right shelf or roughly 1/5 of the refrigerator upper compartment because too much weight might collapse the shelf onto the food below. Totally unsatisfactory. How many of the new refrigerators have they sent out with the part in them? The part really needs to be redesigned. I am sure other owners have had the part break because it is not strong enough to hold very much weight.
