      I am so sad to come on here and see all of these negative reviews and so recent. I am absolutely disappointed in the company but also appalled at the service. I decided to send my phone in for repair because I figured I could trust Samsung with an original screen and upon checking, it was a bit cheaper then all of the local repair stores. I went online, filled out the form, tried to pay ****** and it said error. I did it 2 more times, same out come. Something told me to check my account to see if it took and sure enough the funds came out but the order didnt go through. called my bank, they said they see it pending they were just waiting on SAMSUNG to do their part. Called Samsung, they didnt see it. I had to wait about 4 days for that money to fall back into my account. Once it fell back in i applied again but this time I had someone on the Samsung chat stay with me through the process. at the end i went to pay again....same thing happened but this time it gave an error message to call a number which the employee in chat said to do so as well. called and was on the phone for an hour with really no resolution, I asked him multiple times if the 283 was all id owe, he said it would be. Funds still pending, had to pay another pending fee of 107 on a new ticket which did work. Finally mailed it. Before the phone made it to Samsung i wrote corporate in which a nice lady called BUT she really just repeated everything I said in the email, no assistance....estimate came back of ******. I've NEVER wanted an iPhone and have always had and spoke very highly of Samsung but this situation has been exhausting and I do not feel appreciated or valued by the company....so an iphone is sounding like a better option.

      I purchased a Samsung TV from ****** in February 2024. It stopped working at the end of March in 2025. I spent hours corresponding with Samsung tech support via text. They were unable to resolve the issue (TV stuck on Home Screen). Then, they told me they couldnt help because I didnt have the serial number. I couldnt access the serial number because the TV was mounted on the wall. Lastly, they wouldnt cover the repair because it was out of warranty by one month. You would think they would offer a one time concession and cover the cost of the repair as it is a very new TV and because they werent able to solve the issue via troubleshooting. I had to contact them on multiple occasions and spent numerous hours trying to get the tv fixed. The repair technician contacted me noting that theres a $140 non refundable charge just for the visit and then a minimum of $60 for labor. Why would I spend $200+ when I could just purchase a new tv from another company (anyone but Samsung). Completely dissatisfied by the customer service and lack of empathy from **********************.

      Samsung TV was delivered damaged. It took over 3 hours three agents and a manager to process return. That was just a start of the nightmare. I was promised that in ***** hours the carrier will reach out to schedule pickup. I waited 4 business days with no luck. Since then I had two more conversations with managers who lied and sent email with documented lies. Last manager **** seamed to be confident and sent another email with what appeared to be empty promises. She assured that I can just reply to that email to get help directly from her. No responses to my emails. Long story short two weeks later, 8 hours on chats and phone calls and no resolution and no one takes ownership. I had agents lying to me that was supported by managers. One manager "escalated", next manager said there were no escalation processed. There is no way you can trust any agents or even managers that represent Samsung. No reputable company would allow this kind of customer mistreat.

      I filed a small claims case against Samsung in Massachusetts District Court in January 2025 after they failed to honor a valid product warranty. A hearing took place in February, and Samsung sent a ***************** March 2025, the court ruled in my favor and awarded me over $9,200 in damages. Samsung did not appeal the ruling, and I sent a formal demand letter with a copy of the judgment. They received it in early April.Despite that, Samsung did not pay the judgment by the deadline set by the court and did not appear at a court-ordered payment hearing. A capias hearing has now been scheduled due to their failure to comply.I am extremely disappointed by how a major corporation has ignored a valid legal judgment and failed to resolve a customer dispute even after a court ruling. I hope they will do the right thing and comply with the law.

      Does not honor phone warranty. They actually suggest to borrow a loaner phone from provider instead of fixing their bad phone

      Truly disgusted by this company! It has been at least the last three times that they accept my trade in and claim that there was something wrong that isn't for instance they said that this most recent one I would be charged $450 because the file transfer didn't work. How do they think I got my information from one phone to the other? Really, really disgusted by you Samsung! They give you a lower price through incognito mode then with your actual military discount!

      Bought a SAMSUNG 32-Inch Odyssey OLED *** Had some dead pixels and it was within warranty. Reached out via chat on their site. Agent told me that a technician would come out to the house to look at monitor. Got a call the next day asking if I need a box to send them the monitor. Was told I would be without monitor until repairs were complete. I told them this did not work for me and that I was ok with a refurbished replacement or refund. Samsung said they could not help me and closed the ticket. By the time you read this it is probably too late, just know you are not alone.

      I would highly suggest any other brand but samsung when it comes to appliances. Within a week, my refrigerator went out as well as my dryer, and they were of no assistance. I have all Samsung products. And I've always used Samsung for my phones. So I thought I would try the appliances, but unfortunately they are not reliable and the appliances are c*** And customer service is non-existent. My refrigerator issue is a common one that I see online. Many people are having and they refused to do anything about it. They sent a technician out who charged me a $127 to open the. Refrigerator door look in close it and give me a five hundred dollar quote. He proceeded to tell me even if I get the repair done. I'm going to have more issues. It's like a used car. Who says that? Someone who knows that the products are c*** and sees this issue often

      I bought a samsung43 tv.***** bought the warranty from Wal MartinOct3,2024. II am in a for life. That is why I bought a warranty. They want me to trouble shoot.,which I was not able.I am very upset with Samsung products. I will not but another one and hopefully other will follow .***** *********
