      Install was good but false advertising. Floor won’t clean up. Did what they said and floor looks terrible. Holds dirt in it. Had two reps agree it was a terrible product but mgr blames me for their poor product Won’t replace without charging me more money. No life guarantee as advertised Will not take responsibility or their poor product. Have called many times and spoke to mgr but no resolve in my favor.

      The entire process was wonderful. The salesperson was very informative and took the time to answer all of our questions. We called to see if they could install sooner than we had scheduled and they were so accommodating. They kept us informed each step of the wayarrival times, how long it would take, etc. The installers were very friendly and worked very hard. Weve already scheduled new floors for our other house!
