      WARNING! Be extremely cautious eating here. I live in ********************** and been wanting Popeyes for a long time since I don't have one in my city. I ate at Popeyes in *************, ******** after a doctors appointment I had there. The fountain drinks tasted extremely bad like they haven't been cleaned in forever, the food was cold a few minutes after I received my food, and just as I ate my food and left to drive back to my city in ******** I puked it all up as I was driving. This is totally unacceptable.

      Nasty and trashy they have dope head in there all day long in nasty in there in they never have no chicken ready in if they do got Chicken ready its half cooked I hate this place so bad.

      Pine Bluff AR. Arrived at drive thru and waited 30 minutes to order at speaker. 10 more minutes to arrive to cashier window. I handed associate my card. She stated our card machine is down cash only. I said wow it just went down? Associate stated no it's been down for a while. Only COMMON SENSE would be to tell customers at speaker CASH ONLY or have a post sign on menu board. I'm a independent IT tech and I fix problems like that all the time. I haven't work at this Popeyes but have at other local fast food chains in area. My findings SOMETIMES ******** *********. ********** * ******** cable from a device. It's sad that a lot of people in Pine Bluff will drive to White Hall to order food

      This Popeyes is the WORST! I was driving through Mountain Home AK on March 8, 2025 and decided to stop at this Popeyes for dinner. The person who took my order was very rude to me and my daughte. Her name was **** and she treated us with such disrespect by telling us we were being too loud and to go sit down and be quiet! My daughter is 6 years old and has an anxiety diagnosis and sometimes appears to be hyper, however, that should not be something this Popeyes employee needs to address by just taking an order for food. I do not think **** needs to be serving customers and should be placed in a back position not serving the public. I am appalled of this disrespectful treatment as a paying customer, therefore I will not visit another Popeyes location in the future since they apparently do not hire friendly customer service individuals.

      I visited the Popeyes location in ********, **. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes location. I visited on a Sunday to pick up a mobile order, and during my interaction with the employee, *****, I was met with unprofessional behavior. He repeatedly used profanity, telling me to "take your sh*t" several times. I immediately asked to speak with a manager, and when he returned to the window, he informed me that he would "come outside".I then reached out to the Regional Manager, ****** ********, who assured me he would review the audio and follow up with a call. Unfortunately, I never received that call. Despite multiple follow-up attempts on my end, I received no response. Days later, I was contacted by someone from HR, who claimed that they had reviewed the video footage and found no concerning body language from the employee. She dismissed the profanity and the threat made towards me, even suggesting that I was the aggressor.This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I am upset not only by the employee's behavior but also by the complete lack of accountability from the company. It's concerning that Popeyes allows such disrespectful treatment of customers without taking meaningful action.

      They are ****** they called me a black b**** because I ask her to wear gloves after I saw her dig n her ****....This is un acceptable for anyone to call me a *****...Nobody need this from a restaurant,If you dnt like black people then leave the world because we here baby ...stop hating on black people we make this world go around ..wake up

      Honestly the male manager there seems extremely rude to certain employees. I've been in there multiple times and have seen quite a few things wrong and against certain rules yet he only seems to get onto one or two of the employees. He's very short when speaking and not welcoming by any means. One of the younger brownish blonde tall female employees was seen and heard making fun of customers and when it was brought to his attention he just shrugged it off like it was ok. All in all the food is decent but the hospitality is severely lacking and half the people there seem downright rude and uncomfortable to speak to.

      Do not use the app they take your money and wont refund you but force you reorder even when you dont want their food anymore. Just pay cash and you will get your money back
