      Morgan and Morgan is literally a waste of time to many games and gimmicks are played the professionalism is a complete illusion they purposely have sabotage several cases of mines that they overseen, makes me believe they are getting paid under the table to do a bad job on purpose THIS "LAW FIRM" IS NOT "FOR THE PEOPLE" nothing more than a scam and a huge waste of time.

      Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this Law Firm they never tell the truth every word out of their mouth is a lie lawyers never get back to you you wait forever paralegal terrible her name is ********* just a big mouth very rude very obnoxious I had a higher another Law Firm to investigate my deductions from my settlement from Morgan & Morgan they took far too much money my settlement was ******* I walked away with ****** after 3 and 1/2 years they charge me 40% because the word litigation and it never went to trial this case set dead for 2 years the attorney never sent any proposals nothing 2 years so Morgan & Morgan did not put a lot of money into this case anyway I hope to recover some of the money that they stoled and they still owe me $***** why they holding back ******************************************************************************** it's going to be way more than ***** and there aren't any because the new attorney already checked this is why that fat f*** **** Morgan can advertise so much the money he steals from the people they're not for the people they're for themselves do yourself a favor and deal with a small Law Firm

      Don't hire this firm if you are not prepared to hand them the case on a silver platter. If you need anything investigative forget it. The largest firm for what reason when there are no resources to help you resolve your case. The didn't even identify the two witnesses in my case, what a gratuitous lack of effort and resources. The commercial is a lie good luck talking to one of the brothers. Now they have the audacity to utilize their mother's name in the campaign. WOW!

      This is my 1st car accident lawsuit and the fact that is has been almost 6 years since I've been dealing with this firm and still haven't received a settlement speaks volumes! My Disability case was handled perfectly! I received constant communication, updates, calls, emails, the whole 9 yards. It took about 1 year to get it settled since it was during COVID. So I thought I would have the same kind of treatment for my car accident case.... NOT!! They are unresponsive, uncooperative, unpleasant, and they treat you like you are just another file on their desk. I implore you, if you get in any type of accident, stay far away from Morgan & Morgan!!

      The lady I signed the contract with was very pushy but said my type of case, which is an assault case, was the exact type of case they like to take. Then I get contacted by ***** who I believe is an assistant or paralegal to ****** ****** in Bowling Green, and she said they don't normally take assault cases and they would get back with me after the attorney reviewed my case. Then she contacts me this past Friday to say give her a call. I missed her call by a few minutes so I called her twice and left her a voicemail message and I even text her asking for an update as I didn't want to go through the weekend not knowing. Of course, she didn't call me back, and I had to call her back today, Monday March 10th, to ask what the status was only to be told no they don't believe there is anybody they can sue so they dropped me. This is extremely disappointing, and I will be writing a bad review online anywhere I can. How dare you get people's hopes up that they can get help only to be crushed soon after. SHAME ON YOU!!

      I message and asked for help and the live agent I spoke with blew me off and didn't help. I would never use this firm. You don't treat potential clients as nothing. They don't want your business, they don't value customers.

      I filled out a form on their website and immediately somebody called which sounded like a teenager and she transferred me to somebody in *****. LOL the whole thing was a joke

      May 2024 I contacted this firm for representation. I was told that $300 of my award would be held just in case the medical fees were adjusted after care. The case settled November 2024 and I have yet to receive my $300 back or any proof the medical claims settled higher than expected. I was told 90 days after settlement I would receive if no adjustments were made. I have been calling and leaving messages and have yet to speak to anyone, well I did speak to one person that said I needed to file a customer experience complaint; which I did. I have not received any confirmation that this is being reviewed or worked. I get it's $300 but it seems like a racket for a company processing(hypothetically) 10 claims a day($3000) for those ten, at 30 days a month that's an extra $90000 they keep. Thinking people forget or forgo bc they received a larger check. I want my $300 and this should be investigated bc how many people stop trying to recoup after going through hundreds of calls and messages.

      Morgan and Morgan could not even try to help me they did not listen to anything I had to say about my case and than tell me they can help me at all with my social security case so this is very appalling and disgusting that I really need help and to refer me to another company when they are supposed to be the best as they claim

      The worst ever, believe me when I tell you all of their advertising on the TV is nothing but lies. Please run from them this is not a law firm this want to be company.
