These people are ambulance chasers looking for a paycheck. Greedy lawyers with no ethical morals.They will drop you like a hot potato if the case goes at all complicity. Now Morgan & Morgan is sueing any lawyer who visits a client at a hospital claiming unjust approachment like there saints or something. Dont call these cut throats and find a real lawyer for your case. Someone who will communicate with you and has the curtesy to reach out and tell you I dropped the case so youre not left in the dark hanging for six months wondering whats going on ! ??????? My mom used the ******** faulty air machine that's involved with the lawsuit. She had two heart attacks and died after the second one. Sounds like a cut and dry case but morgan and morgan turned me down within minutes. I guess doing alittle work on s case scared them.Morgan & Morgan

morgan and morgan profess to be "for the people" is all bull c*** I contacted morgan and morgan about a possible suit against ***********. the man on the recorded line told me that is "not in their scope" of suits and to contact the ***********************. If duke energy and dismiss tens of thousands of fried equipment and appliances in my home due to "excessive amount of voltage" that got into my house....their words...not mine. And I have proof of the ***** of voltage and a duke employee telling me that their "was faulty equipment ..that has now been fixed"....but I am left with a blown brand new AC unit....the upstairs unit. (I just paid 13K for the new unit) 2 variable speed pool pumps, refrigerator, TV, coffee maker....several power strips fried, pin ball machine, built in 2 ovens, stand alone popcorn maker, mechanical vintage nickel pony, not to mention all the small various plug in items now fried....**** came to my house and told me there was a problem on their end and to file a claim. I did and now duke says they are not responsible. They know they can get away with this and Morgan and Morgan is not big enough apparently to even talk to me to advise me how to proceed, but to tell me to call the bar association to have them recommend a lawyer.....so sad....So the commercials saying they are "for the people" is all a bunch of ****...they only want to sue someone who had insurance and have an easy pay off....I would never call Morgan and Morgan ever again. Seems if they are really for the people someone could have at least recommend how I can proceed. I guess everyone is scared of *********** and no one will take them on. I have a legitimate complaint against **** and I can't even discuss with someone there. I guess their lawyers aren't good enough or smart enough to help out someone who is getting screwed by a multi billion company. I guess you can't count on this lawyer outfit to take on someone like duke. They aren't savvy enough....Morgan & Morgan

Like I said.unless its an insurance company with deep and an easy win Morgan and Morgan lawyers wont take the case. If these people are really for the people . Someone there (unlike the rude man who took the call) a lawyer could have given me advise on how to proceed. Ive already got it handled and **** has taken responsibility. I have yet to see how they plan on making it right though. Thats whats left to see and Im sure I still will Have a fight on my hands. Dont jump into using and Morgan and Morgan. I had the worst experience and when I wrote to their customer service to try to get help they sent the attorney back to call me and thats the only time Ive ever heard from the attorney. I wouldve been much better off working with the insurance company over Morgan and Morgan do your research before you choose them. Best advise I can give based on my experience. Big is not always the best .Morgan & Morgan

The legal representation insisted that I use their physicians when I expressed I have my own very good medical coverage. It is now my understanding that the cost for the ambulance and emergency room services were enough to be awarded the full allowable coverage of the other person's car insurance. And so, with my limited understanding, i signed what was provided and eventually received just 11% of the settlement proceeds, the rest went to M&M and the doctors who they sent me to. Two of their case managers made statements that it is common for most clients to still be in pain after they've received treatment. Now one year later, I am actually still in excruciating pain and have to start the ** scans, mri's, physical therapy, and any other treatments all again. And this time with my own medical insurance as I expressed originally. I did not understand all the legal jargon and am very disappointed because I feel taken advantage of.Morgan & Morgan
