      HORRIBLE! Moderately ok for several years. Began having issues about a year ago with poor to no Internet. Requested a service call to move or install cable; was given an eero 6 box instead. Have called twice since in the last 2 months for extremely slow to no service. After the last service call, I spoke with customer service requesting a refund for 1 month of no internet. They gave me $25. Today, 1 week later, I am again using the mobile hotspot because I have no Internet despite being on the company's ultra high speed (most expensive) plan. Can/Will someone help me, Please!

      Our internet in ***********, ** has now been out for two days. Not to mention, that over the last 2 months it goes in and out almost daily causing disruptions throughout our home. I called to see what the issue was when it was out for an extended time last week and was unable to speak to anyone. I called again to try to use the "call me back" option and once again, nothing from this company. I faithfully, pay my bill every month yet I do not receive even a months worth of service from this company. I would switch in a heartbeat but many of us can't because they monopolize the area forcing us to pay for subpar and mediocre services.

      I live in ***********, **. I pay 146 dollars a month for 1000 gb. *********** recently bought out all the major internet providers in our area and are now doing upgrades. Our WiFi is constantly out sometimes multiple times a day and Sparklight still expects all customers to pay full price for a service they barely have access to. This business should be reprimanded for their horrible service. You shouldnt be allowed to buy out all companies in the area and shove everyone on the same network knowing it is not going to work. The hold times are ridiculous to get in touch with support. They sent out a notice saying these upgrades would be done mid February, but here we are still with the entire town having the same connections issues. This is affecting businesses in the area as well. Sparklight needs to make good on their promises to our community.

      Literally the worst service provider. The internet is constantly going out - multiple times a day. I work from home and am being penalized for this awful service. They have a monopoly in the area and charge a HUGE amount for their terrible service. Their answer is to always restart your router - no one has time to do this multiple times a day. I have screen shots of the large number of outages. Worst service ever!!

      Absolutely awful. Im looking into other providers tonight. They cant see what is going on with the equipment THEY provided me, I even bought a new router myself and got a new modem provided to me by Sparklight, and they continue to be the worst provider of any service I have dealt with so far. Thanks for the $110/mo bill for absolutely nothing.

      Just like everyone else - this is less than one star service. I'm being charged 145 a month and they can't even staff someone after 4pm to answer the phones? Ever since Sparklight hijacked Cableamerica they have upped the game from just price-gouging to straight-up extortion. Monopolies have a way of doing this. And this Sparklight Response c*** that I see on all these reviews? SAME GASLIGHTING LIES AS USUAL. If they really *did "appreciate the feedback," and they really were "always striving to provide reliable service and a positive experience for all" their customers, and they really did "understand how frustrating this must be," then their solution would be to FIX THE PROBLEM, not rely on some faceless shmuck to respond to every legit BBB complaint they get. 1 star. I've lost work, money, and now my job is being threatened as a full-time remote employee on the night shift, which is when they have the brunt of their connectivity outages... conveniently when nobody is staffed to respond. In fact I haven't seen a single service vehicle on the roads around here in ******** ever since this disease of a company took over. Must be real important to you guys after all. Do you even HAVE engineers or did they all jump ship?! I wouldn't want to work on the Titanic, either!! The person responding to these must either be a complete corporate sell-out or the most **** person on the planet to respond with the lies you see on these other reviews. Just dump them and settle for something slower, you won't regret the decision.

      I was paying hugsnet $100 a month for coverage that only lasted 2 weeks. I couldn't even watch TV. I switched to spark light and there was no dish needed, it took less than 20 minutes to install and I've had unlimited coverage for half the cost of hugsnet! Also, I've never lost service which I lost during every storm with my last server. Thanks Sparklight!

      After the take over of Cable America i have absolutely no reliable internet since Christmas of 24. Losing connection every few days is not ok for the price I am paying and there is not another reliable internet company in my area I trust. This company had made having internet a hassle. Long wait times on hold or not even getting a call back... nothing.

      Sitting here waiting for my modem to be activated I'm paying as you go so I have no access to a customer service line you only have online ticket. Which no one reaches you on. I don't see are you aim for great service but seem to mess up everything over and over. Ive not even had the service for a month and about to just do a charge back for fraud since they've taken my money and gave me no service.

      I gave Sparklight a good review when I first got them mainly because of their awesome customer service, but now is alot different. I was having trouble loading most of my work sites. I thought maybe it was the speed so I upped it. Same problem. Then they had someone come out. He said that it had to have something to do with my computer or the site I was trying to get on. Anyhow long story short, I had to cancel them. I went back to T-Mobile.I misunderstood the tech as to when I was supposed to get their equipment back to them.I got busy and forgot. I finally got the equipment returned and explained myself. Now they want to charge me 100 or around there even though I wasn't using their internet and had them check. They must be pretty hard up to charge for something that I clearly didn't use.
