Buyer beware. We were promised a promotion and trade-in credit for two iPhones by a T-Mobile representative, only to find out months later that the credits were denied. When we contacted T-Mobile customer service, they refused to honor the offer or provide any real help. Their communication was dismissive, and it was clear they had no intention of standing behind what was promised. We were left paying full price for devices we were misled into upgrading. This experience was not just disappointingit was deceptive. I suggest shopping around.

I wish I could choose 0 stars. I called in February to them because my phones were not getting service at all. I then called in March to cancel two of my phone lines and be out on a single line package. Instead of canceling the two lines they suspended the lines. I later looked at my online account and both phones were still showing active with insurance still in place after I asked that all of it be canceled. I called again and they said they seen where I called to cancel and then canceled them with a $28 credit for the insurance on the two phones. Fast forward to April I had to take out different service because I still had no service where I moved to and they said the local outage could last several more months. I wasnt going to continue to pay for service I was getting so I opened a new account elsewhere closing the last phone that was on the account. Three days after closing the last phone on the account they charged my card $133.34 for services on the account. When I called they stated they could give me half the money back but I would have another month that would be due next month. They verified their mistake not canceling the phones, but did not want to make it right. They totally ripped me off and are common thieves. I called my bank to dispute the transaction but it will now probably be considered non payment and reported on my credit report. Just poor phone service poor customer service and a complete disregard to their mess up and dragging their feet to do the right thing.

I can't say enough about how much this company *****. I've been a customer 13 years and they do not care. They over bill, they change the charges, they do whatever the h*** they want to do. Then they say go to the store, the store says call, call says go to the store, the store says call. And they both say the other has to help you. Run run as fast as you can. After 13 years I'm running far away. Did I mention I'm 66 years old. Yea they don't care about that either.

Formal Complaint Against T-Mobile Lack of Transparency and Misleading Sales Practices I am filing a formal complaint against T-Mobile due to the companys lack of transparency regarding the terms and conditions of a recent transaction, which I believe resulted in financial harm and unfair treatment. On February 26, 2025, I spoke with a T-Mobile representative, ****** ******, located in *******, **. As a new customer, I was sold four phones along with new service. Basically he lied and told me Id get 4 free phones as a new customer. However, when I went to pay my first bill, the same charge of $251.01 was on the billfar exceeding what I was initially told. The receipt I had from my original purchase showed a $0 balance, which I believed meant I had paid in full under a promotional deal. Upon contacting T-Mobile customer service, I was told that the $251.01 would be my monthly charge for the next 24 months. This included installment payments for the phones, which had not been disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Had I known the true cost, I never would have signed up for the service.I then chose to close the account on April 11, 2025. The store accepted two of the four phones as returns. They gave me a credit of $102.56 but charged me $100 in restocking fees, leaving me with $2.56. I kept the other two phones temporarily while transitioning to a new provider. I was never informed about a 14-day return policy. I was never told I would be paying nearly $2,000 over 24 months. I feel that as an elderly customer, I was misled, and important information was either withheld or not communicated clearly. I now find myself in a financially burdensome situation, trying to pay an unexpected and unfair debt on a limited income all to protect my credit. This situation has caused undue stress and financial strain. I believe this constitutes as elder financial exploitation and a serious lack of transparency and a misleading offer by T-Mobile

I have only internet service with ******* boxes from TMobile - I call TMobile to get into my business account and some can help after over an hour on the phone and some can't. Because I do not have a text number with TMobile after I verify my account with my security password, account number and Tax id - they still say they cannot get me in my account because they are unable to send me their security password via text. on March 15th I was able to call and went through the ring - added two new internet routers to test. April 15th I canceled boxes, I called tmobile after 1 hour on the phone code was finally sent to my email. April 18th I call back, same thing hung up on 3 times, they can not email me the code, it needs to be sent via text. How when you can't send me a text through internet nor phone. I have Covid and they told me my only solution was to go in the store they could not help ****** is it legal for a customer to give all there information and security code to not be able to get in there account because ********************** wont send a email verification because they say the can not send. It, please pay more and go with someone else. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have two routers never received email label, will be charged fees if I do not get routers back.Question how can one representative send a text and the others can't?

Transferred our consumer account to a business account on 3/16 (was in the Tmobile store with a *** and on the phone with the business center for 3 1/2 hours) Did all the proper paperwork to transfer the 2 (of 7) lines that had a payment plan over to the business account "accepting the financial agreement on the business side, etc. Thought things were all good, then on 4/5 we were debited on our personal account over $1,300 for the 2 phones that were supposed to have their financiall agreements transferred to new business account. So we called in on 4/7, was on the phone for over 45 minutes, told we would have a refund with in ***** hours. Still nothing as of 4/11, called the bank and nothing pending etc. Called back in on 4/14 on the phone for over 30 minutes, same verbiage (almost verbatum), expressed my frustrations, ensured they would call me back with in 48 hours to make sure everything was good to go. Also had me re-sign the agreements again, got the confirmation via auto-email that agreements were completed. Today 4/16/25 we have still not had any resolution. I called in and spent 52 minutes AGAIN on the phone with them, same promises etc. I have now filed a dispute through my bank for Tmobile fraudelently taking and holding the money, as well as filed a complaint with the *** and Better Business Bureau. After all this we will be switching carriers once we recieve the money back. Having been a customer of ********************** (from years with Sprint) for years, it's absolutley astonishing that they are able to do this to customers and make the customer go through hoops to get them to fix their mistakes. I will never recommend Tmobile to ANYONE, including the multiple businesses I work with.
