      BLUF: This company is fantastic. They went above and beyond and I will absolutely use them again (and again and again). My wife and I were searching for an HVAC cleaning company after a construction job put a bunch of debris in our vents. It was effecting our air quality and our system's performance. I contacted Lowes and set up an appointment based on reviews and what I read about the company. Things got complicated because we were staying out of the house til we got all the post-construction mess cleaned up and trying to time the HVAC cleaning with the house cleaning was...complicated. I moved the appointment...and then moved it back. Lowe's crew accommodated my scheduled flip-flopping - AROUND THE HOLIDAYS - with grace, patience and kindness. Luke showed up to clean our vents and got working right away. He installed our new dryer hose, cleaned the unit and took great care of us. Before he started - I reached out to the home office to make sure they could note the clean up was based on construction debris and they were happy to do so...also provided pictures to back that up. Overall - the cleaning experience was great. Two days later...the thermostat stopped working. Power wasn't getting to nest and I did all the trouble shooting I felt comfortable doing. My common denominator guess was that maybe a wire got disconnected during the clean up. I called Lowe's - and they adjusted Luke's schedule and he hustled out to help. He pulled the system apart and located a fault light on the system and did all the trouble shooting he could - I had another HVAC person coming who had everything laid out so he could solve the problem in about 15 minutes thanks to Luke. WHO DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE FOLLOW UP HELP AND INSISTED I LET HIM KNOW THAT THINGS WERE FIXED SO HE KNEW WE WERE OK. Lowe's was amazing and provided a degree of service I haven't experienced in a while. I'm so grateful and they will absolutely be my go-to HVAC cleaning folks from here on. Thank you.
