      Worst company ever .Agent ***** ******* made a mistake on my renewal policy by putting wrong number of my home 5528 instead he should v put 5928.i have been reaching out to Goosehead multiple times since December .Reached out to rewriting team to change adress (no luck) Now I owe money for 23 days of lapsed policy .******** escalation team agent told me that they are not going to cover 23 days and this is my fault that agent made a mistake on my renewal policy .(when I told her I dont create policy ,your agent did it )I am a single mom with 2 kids and I have to pay for mistake of agent who made a mistake and nobody Couldt simply change home number .I also find out that This agent is currently no longer with a company .

      Phone calls are recorded as well (I was told by the lady on the line with Goosehead) but nobody wanted to help me .All they said agent is not available ,please reach out to rewriting team .Copy of emails provided to escalating team .Have called multiple times on the top of my emails .Very unsatisfied with Goosehead Servises.

      No consistent agents, no responses, rude, uniformed agents. I am going to take my business elsewhere. If I could sue for pain and suffering, I would! Dealing with this company has been the most stressful experiences of my life and ultimately became a fulltime job.

      Have called several times since I have cancelled my insurance. They screwed up and it never got cancelled with branch. Now branch will only backdate my claim 60 days, and now I am out $800!! They are the ones that messed up and I shouldnt be the one that had to bear the burden of their mistake!

      Goose head is an absolute joke!! Never available and no one responds for months!!! Even after contacting ********. Only want your money and gone. Havent heard from them for months and we cancelled and now they message. Absolutely horrible and should be shut down. ********. Put your money anywhere else not with these ****** ***** is who awful and all went *** and silent. They dont even deserve 1 star. Too high.

      Worst experience. When we initially bought our first house, this was the insurance we were recommended. Our insurance *** never reached out til I needed to submit a claim. Even then, he never responded. After going through the claim process on my own, I decided to shop elsewhere for better coverage and premiums. Sure enough, I found an insurance company. Since I couldnt get ahold of our assigned insurance ***, I reached out to the number provided on the portal and received someone else. After informing this new insurance *** the cancellation of my policy, he stated he would submit the request. A week or so went by and I reached out for a status in the cancellation, by both email and text message. Took some time for a response but I got one stating it was submitted. Just called their customer support team and they stated there was no cancellation submitted. They sent me documents to fill out for the cancellation request!! Which required my signature so I doubt the insurance *** had any intention on getting this submitted for me. Goosehead Insurance - do not recommend.

      I have car, home and umbrella. Goodehead was really good when they started. Now they dont even answer the phone or return calls or emails. Going on 2 weeks for a return email. Sad what they have become.

      The worst, don't trust them! Had a broker that was ok but then found out after the fact that my broker changed but I was never notified. Needed to contact the new broker and took him about a week to return my calls and emails. Come to find out that my insurance policy was cancelled due to their error and of course nothing, still hasn't returned my calls. What a complete incompentent company!

      How does a company with a 1.68 review rating and so many complaints have an A+ rating? This company is run by incompetent individuals who completely screwed up my insurance and cost me THOUSANDS. I switched over my vehicle, rental property, and renter's insurance to have everything under one umbrella. My insurance needs are unusual because I own a home that I rent out and rent a home where I work. The rates weren't significantly lower, but were higher either and everything was with one company...I got an email from my mortgage company that they had received notice that the policy on my home was going to be canceled. I called Goosehead to learn why. They assured me that my mortgage company must be mistaken because they could not see any issues with my policy. They company they had me insured with wouldn't allow me direct access to my policy which should have been the first red flag. Not being able to review the site myself, I had to take the word of the Goosehead representative. Two months later, my mortgage company notified me that it had place a "lender-placed" policy on my property. When I called Goosehead back, they confirmed that a letter had been sent to me at the address of the home instead of my resident's address. Turns out, to get a comparable rate, they had listed my MAILING address as the address where the home I owned was rather than where I was currently living! Not only is this FRAUD, but resulted in me not getting a notice that the mortgage insurance wanted a dead tree (it wasn't dead but was viewed during the winter) removed. I never knew because I never got the letter, and when I reached out to Goosehead, they had dismissed my concerns. Goosehead never apologized. My mortgage payment went up because of the more expensive insurance that did not cover my interests placed by my mortgage lender, and I couldn't fix the issue because the escrow was empty and used to pay for the more expensive insurance. It took 2 years for me to get it fixed.

      I had ******** help me today over the phone and she was so kind! Very attentive and helpful. 100% the best and easiest call Ive ever experienced when it comes to insurance!
