  ******** came the same day we called. Technician (****** ******) was knowledgeable and courteous, He notified us 30 minutes before he came. He worked quietly and had all the necessary equipment with him. .He gave us the available discount and was finished in 30 minutes. We would use them again.**** *******

  We recently decided to replace our almost 30 year old ac/heating system and Berkeys did the job. Of course, there were issues in changing from gas to electric and Berkeys found potentially dangerous leaks. Thanks to their professional plumbers, those issues are being fixed. There were other small glitches which were handled professionally and quickly. It has been a very good experience and am glad to be left with not only a clean worksite but very warm feelings about everyone we have had contact with.

  After having Choice Home Warranty sent a horrible A/C company to my home, my best friend recommended Berkeys Air Conditioning Plumbing and Electrical after I moved into my new home. I enrolled in their MVP Membership which is under $20 per month. Today was my first A/C maintenance inspection/tune-up. They alert you via text when the Technician is enroute with a ***** minute minimum window. My Technician was ***. *** was very professional and personable. He let me know what he would be doing, answered questions and pointed out any issue that needed to be addressed. I'm so pleased, I recommended Berkeys to my family and friends today. The experience on a scale of 1-5, a 5!

  I utilized Berkeys to get a second opinion on my home warranty results of a leak. They were night and day with support. Clearly another level of professionalism and knowledge. My Berkeys tech, *******, thoroughly inspected my systems and isolated where the leak was happening. Which was no where close to what the home warranty service stated: ******* is a top-notch company. I absolutely recommend them. Best of all, they are not pushing to upsell you. In fact, they work on what you need to fix the problem only.

  Extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Berkeys. After a service call gone wrongwhere our laundry room and kitchen were flooded due to a mistake by their technicianwe were left not only with the damage, but with a $349.97 bill for services that were never actually rendered.What made this worse was the implication (never directly stated, but clearly suggested by their Master Plumber) that *we* were somehow responsible for flooding our own home. That kind of logic is not only insulting, it's anti-customer.I offered what I felt was a fair resolution. Berkeys eventually accepted itbut only after deciding to terminate our relationship as customers. That alone says a lot about how they value long-term loyalty.Even after asking leadership to get involved, I wasnt convinced anyone at the executive level truly reviewed the issue. For a company that markets itself as customer-focused, this entire experience told a different story. Plenty of plumbing companies in DFWchoose wisely.

  I wish I could give them a five. But the fact that they didn't do it within a single day as advertised is a subtraction to their credibility. Otherwise the service was excellent. There was a brief moment where we had a substandard part but only because the technician misread the label on the fan motor. Not entirely his fault as according to the technician it was the only part that was available at the warehouse.

  HVAC maintenance was so easy. Scheduling was easy. The technician was very professional; he assessed, cleaned, then made recommendations to keep the unit in working properly. Id highly recommend Berkeys.
