      I sat and listened to the group swear and curse out a previous client for over 10 minutes. Also, the place stunk like pot. The group was lax, and I have no idea if they did what they were supposed to because they were all too involved in yakking back and forth in the office. I will NEVER go back again

      Great Service at Jiffy Lube ********************. ***********, ******* I went to Jiffy Lube on ****** **. in *********** to replace my bulbs, and the team went above and beyond! They also did an excellent oil change, checked my fluid levels, and were super friendly. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Ill definitely be back. I highly recommend this location for your car needs! February 2025.

      Went to get an oil change. Everything was fine (of course, got the usual upcharge service pitches about the dire condition of my car) but what really irked me was the final bill when I learned that I was charged $6.99 for the extra 2 oz. of oil beyond the allowed 5 quarts in the already high $49.99 service as well as an unadvertised $6.99 "shop supply/waste disposal fee." That was an unanticipated extra $14 charge or more than 25%! They've lost me as a customer. I'll be going elsewhere next time.

      I have always had my pickup at this JiffyLube. I dont really know what with this last visit . There were two vehicles in the building when I pulled up to the door and was told to open the hood and follow the attendant to the waiting room.After 50 minutes the vehicle in the ********* was pulled out and a large commercial van was pulled in . Finally my tuck was entered and 15 minutes later my vehicle was pulled out out.I guess it was a bad day.

      Terrible *************** slacking off, smoking cigarettes in shop.Went in for an oil change on my 2021 VW Jetta.After 3 days, there were oil drips all over my driveway. After investigating, the idiot that performed the oil change did not tighten the oil drain plug hard enough and did not tighten the oil filter. Not to mention, there were 6 bolts from the engine cover that were not returned.Another great service from a great s***** company on ***********. It seems where ever you go these days, people do s***** work and expect to get paid. I contested the charge on my credit card and was reimbursed the charge.They will definately not be around in *******, I hear a lot of bad stories from my mechanic friend at **, that they receive many jobs and cases from Jiffy Lube that does not give a s*** if they do good work or not.

      I got an oil change here and had a pretty good experience, but they followed up with an email recommending a bunch of services that were absolutely not needed. My car was brand new with less than ****** miles. It didn't need anything except an oil change. Of course, they recommended getting the next oil change in ***** miles. Whatever. Now six months later, my vehicle gave a notification that is is due for an oil change only ***** miles after the last one. The manufacturer recommendation is ****** miles and that was what the vehicle was set to when I brought it to Jiffy Lube. It's one thing to make a recommendation to increase their profits. It's another thing to actually modify the vehicle settings so that they differ from the manufacturer recommendations. I would never return here.

      Jiffy lube in round rock punctured my windshield reservoir and messed up my four wheel drive my collision and lane alerts and now I have all these warning signs which will cost hundreds to repair.

      Upcharged my girlfriend nearly $100 on a routine oil change, with hundreds of dollars of "immediate" actions listed out that were complete bs. Would NOT recommend this store to anyone who needs an honest mechanic that isn't trying to pull one over on you based on how you look. Do not send your daughters. Do not send your wives. Do not send your teenagers or young adults. Cannot believe they charged $50 for an additive in the oil change, plus another $30 for the oil filter. For anyone reading this, THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE OIL CHANGE. If you see those charges on your receipt, YOU'RE BEING SCAMMED. You did not authorize those charges, and no oil place ever should be charging for an additive that is a routine part of their service. The oil filter is <$10 and is included in EVERY SINGLE OIL CHANGE. The only time I went to a Jiffy Lube in college, I was upcharged over $400 for an oil change and tire rotation special that I had to spend five hours arguing over and they didn't even replace my hubs. I'm convinced these shady practices are a storewide policy because I'm sure they've profited massively on customers who simply don't know better and trusted them to perform a simple service. After that, I learned how to change my oil my own dang self. If you've had a similar experience, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB. I would never let my family or friends take their cars here again.
