This place doesn't deserve any stars. I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm on Saturday 04/12/2025 with a GUARANTEE it would be here today (04/15/2025). My husband had to call to find out the status of the mattress and was told they weren't there. When I called I was told the delivery truck couldn't wait on our mattresses because they had other deliveries to make. Then I was told they really didn't know where my mattresses were. I stated that I was guaranteed the mattresses would be here today and the manager on duty (which is not the one who sold the mattresses to US) stated that he didn't guarantee me anything. I explained that I had company coming in and that this needed to be fixed today. He said that IF his manager would approve it they could deliver and set up the bed on Thursday. I told him that is an inconvenience because when they call with a 2 hour window, my husband would have to take off work and sit at home for 2 hours+ missing time at work. He never offered an upgrade or any way to rectify this problem. I asked for his bosses name and number and told me he was the boss. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I do NOT recommend anyone ever shopping here.Mattress Firm (Corporate Locations & Office)

I placed an order with them for a queen size mattress and box spring set. I was promised a delivery date of April 12, 2025 by the ***************************** She confirmed with me that there were two available slots for delivery for this day. I placed the order and after placing the order, she explained to me that I will receive a phone call between the time of 4pm and 7pm to confirm the delivery time. MISTAKE ONE. I never received a phone to confirm the delivery time or date. I decided to call the Mattress Firm store near me and ask them the status of my delivery. They inform me that it was pending for December 30, 2049. I explained to the store employee that I purchased everything online in which he looked into their computer system and informed me that it was set for a delivery in the future meaning that anytime in which they were able to deliver it instead of what I requested and was promised. The store employee informed me that I will have to come pick it up myself it I wanted everything today. I contacted the online customer service in which I spoke to Mr. **** He explained to me that a delivery is placed in the future when a customer doesn't make a full payment on their merchandise and was directed back to Mrs. ********* After explaining to her what happened, she informed me that it wasn't her fault and that it was the fault of the warehouse. Like I told them, I have never been treated so badly, and this is the WORST customer service experience that I've even had and to cancel my order!!! Beyond disappointed in mattress firm and their customer service, or lack there of. Like the reviews say below, I was told my mattress would be delivered through phone call, email and text, and come delivery day, nothing. Calling customer service (which leads you to a store, so it's not customer service) the next day the store informs me it says delivered, which is questionable given every communication I received said a signature was required. I was questioned if I was home and became irate that my credibility is being questioned, when there is a fault in their system. The store even directed me to call customer service which at that point I could not stay on the line any longer, because even the store doesn't know customer service leads to them. Now I am being told that it will have to be delivered tomorrow, and after reading below, I wonder if I will even get a good mattress. Shame on mattress firm and their inability to support customers and make promises they cannot keep. Our family provided you funds for a product and service and both have not been satisfactory. Stay Away! Shop with a company that has a good reputation and with good reviews. Mattress Firm does not honor their 120 Night Sleep Trial guarantee. They use deceptive tactics and cant be trusted. They lie. They did even give me a printed copy of the 120 Night Trail but said they did. Be sure to ask before you purchase and read the fine print.Mattress Firm (Corporate Locations & Office)

I have never purchased a mattress from mattress firm before, but I have purchased from a few other places like ******, ******, ****,. The mattress we wanted for was on sale so we decided to purchase it. The mattress was too soft and we didnt like it after our first night, I had a back pain and I decided to call to make a return the next morning. To our surprise, they wouldnt take it back until 3 weeks later and I only got a partial refund from them ($249 for restocking fee and shipping). I paid $900 for a mattress which was originally at priced at $1,499. When I received the mattress it had a smell and was extremely hard , aggravating an injury I had. I was told by a salesman that the stench would go away and that the bed would become softer. Its been 30 days and the bed is still hard as a rock and still smells. Purchase expereince from Nov 9, 2024. Estate 15" firm - Pollow Top Mattress - Stearns & Foster. The mattress is quite good. But the sales experience needs work. 0% financing is a lie - the credit card company charges an additional fee on your credit card statement that they will NOT refund. Also the promise of 4 mos price guarantee is worthless. The price did not further drop during Thanksgiving or end of the year (Black Friday sales or Cyber Mondays). Darren was my sleep expert. He took time to show me diff beds, but I found the firmness I wanted at a reasonable price, with the promise of 0% financing. I asked him if this was the best price, he said yes. No other discounts avail. After I bought it I started getting emails from Mattress firm. I could've purchased it online for 15% less, with a $359 savings. Darren would not honor that. He said you have to mention it at the time of purchase. Well how would I know that there was a 15% new customer discount??? He was helpful with the delivery and pillows situation. On 01/25/2025 I was promised a set of pillows with a mattress purchase while I was at the North Atlanta home show. The sales person gave a cell phone number for any problems. He does not respond to inquiries when called. And a follow up phone call showed his mailbox full. Cannot imagine why. The pillows were never received. Tried calling a local store and was given a customer service number to make a complaint. There was no option to speak with someone who could get me to a supervisor and the automated service hung up on me. Since the website information lacks any viable information and individual stores do not service the home show, I will never recommend a purchase from Mattress Firm. I bought a Beautyrest Pressure Smart 2.0 mattress from Mattress Firm. The in store model of the bed we purchased was comfortable. The actual mattress that we have is sagging after a few months of owning it. I have filed a claim but it was denied. It is a very overpriced mattress that we are stuck with. It has caused sleepless nights and constant back, shoulder and hip pain. Mattress firm made the sale when they told me This Pressure Smart is just like your Hopewell Classic Beautyrest mattress. It is definitely not. I went to the store to see if they could exchange it but they just tried to upsell me on a $4,000 to $6,000 mattress. Their salespeople throw each other under the bus, saying ... "I don't know why he/she sold you that mattress?" I wish I could get even half my money back! I should have bought my mattress from Beautyrest directly. Beautyrest told me that the version of mattress that I bought was stripped of many layers of foam and I am basically sleeping on springs.Mattress Firm (Corporate Locations & Office)

This mattress only held up for right at a year. We contacted the place we purchased it from and submitted the claim. We were denied and said the terrible sagging is considered "normal". This mattress has caused back and shoulder problems. Many sleepless nights having this mattress. Do not waste your money on this mattress or you will be highly disappointed and aggravated. Mattress Firm doesn't want to warranty the mattress and Stearns & Foster will not assist with help either.
