      The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No return phone calls like they say they will. Have been waiting on a gap refund and over payment for well over 30 days called them and they said they would overnight the checks to me and stuck them in regular mail. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

      If I could give them no stars I would. I too had to deal with their portal issues and not showing my payment as being set up and coming out of my account. I tried to set up and redo my account as portal demands. No payment showed up as pending received text about no payment set up so I did this again and they pulled my payment twice. I called as soon as I seen this and requested a refund. Was told 72 hours it would be in my bank. I called after this time had passed to be told it will be 20 days. I am currently looking at another financial company for my loan. Their customer service is ridiculous. We are talking more than $2k removed from my account. I would never recommend this company. They are money hungry and have no sense of the customer that keep their company going.

      I been doubling my payments, and they keep declining my payments saying it’s coming from my bank. I calls my bank, they are saying they do not see any transaction, they will not decline my payment when I have the money in my account. I’m being charged an additional $4.50 each time I make a payment, they are saying it’s coming from my bank. I call my bank again, they said they don’t make additional charges for me making a payment. When I call Stellantis they told me making additional payments does not goes to the principal. My car note was for $412, I pay $500-$1,000 a month, and it does not look like I’m making any payments. I been trying to refinance. When the refinance company made an agreement with them, when they sent the payment over, they declined the payment saying it’s $400 more dollars. I told them I would make the payment for the difference, they approved the payment sent me a confirmation via text and email, and 5 minutes later I get an email saying it was declined. I reached out to my bank, and they did not decline the charges. I called them to speak to a manager, and the lady keep telling me the manager not going to change my payments. I told I didn’t ask for a payment change, I asked can I please speak to a manager, and she keep saying the manager not going to change my payments. I have never had these problems with any financial institution. My next payment does not suppose to be due to January. Now they saying my pay off balance is more. It does not look like I’m making any payments. This has been the worst ever. I just want out.

      I am a new customer as of 8/10/2024. So far the experience has been horrible. Their website ABSOLUTE TRASH !!!! I Can't log in keeps saying invalid password when I know it is not because I use the same password for everything lol. I try to change my password and then says my security answers are wrong . I think. I know what my favorite dessert is. But I also have that written down to in case I get amnesia.. i can't contact them because their availability is my work schedule. If I could I would give 0 stars . I can't deal with this nonsense for 3 years. It's absurd

      On 9/2 went to try and make a payment, kept giving me an Error message so tried different form of payment that went through. ***** **** and 2 payments were made. Called customer service and they told me it would take two business days to get my refund since they were having problems with their new payment portal. Call end of 2nd business day to get starus and am told it will be 4 business days. Get my digital statement and it has applied to my September payment speak to a "supervisor" Emily when I was told. by the CSR it would be 20 days and was told 7-10 business days and I would hear from her by the end of the day (9/5). Called at 1030 am the following day and after a run around spoke to a manager, Fran. She says she will get on it and call me at the end of the day. Talk to her and she asks if Emily had contacted me and I say no, Fran then tells me she will call me Wednesday 9/11 at 2pm. After I had to call her at 345 I am told that even though we are now on the 7th business day, that there has been no progress shown on my refund. I was finished with being lied to and given the run around so I then instructed them to keep the money since by now it would be due again by the time I received my refund by CHECK IN THE MAIL Which I believe was the end game of the company to begin with.

      Recently, I have been sick and in the hospital which has affected my ability to work which obviously affects my abilities to pay bills. I called Stellantis customer service regarding a car lease that I have with them on a Jeep asking for a deferred payment for ONE payment or anything that they can do so that my credit is not damaged or if they could work with me in ANY way. Representative said very specifically that Stellantis unlike other lenders offers nothing like this at all. This is not my first time with a car loan or lease and every other lender I have ever worked with offers something when a customer falls behind and especially if it is due to illness. Obviously, Stellantis is a money hungry entity. Buyer beware.

      Horrible customer service. Paid vehicle off . Ended up with a overpayment refund. But they can't seem to find check. Nor can they get it into the mail . I'm 3 months deep in trying to get this issue resolved and keep getting the run around . Always tell me they'll call back but never do . Their phones are always dropping calls . It's just a horrible experience. But if I was 3 months late making my payments they'd be here at my door . Take you financing elsewhere.

      My payment was supposed to come out of my account but instead was lost in cyberspace. When I didn’t see it go through my bank I kept watching, but it never went through. So I paid for 2 months and it showed they got it and then they didn’t!!! I’m out of the country and my best friend opened my nasty mail and sent me a photo. I was told my bank declined payment but this was a lie. My bank never got a request for withdrawal!!! Stellantis Financial needs an overhaul of whoever is handling their payments

      From the beginning of this lease has been nothing but issues. To start off when you call Into customer support you have to verify information because they have no idea how to transfer information over and put in correctly. I spoke to several customer contacts regarding property tax and how to “allocate” the extra money to go towards that and not the car payment. Still taking my extra money and not putting the money where I asked it to go. Then you get unprofessional ghetto representatives that probably have no training beyond how to put on headset. This company needs to close. Can’t wait until my lease is over will not be releasing with Crysler. They have the most unprofessional financial services backing them. Each time I have leased a car with Crysler they have the worst customer service
