    On 12/19/2023, ***************************** with *****'s Tv-Appliance Repairs initially said that it is $100 for diagnostic and if we agree on providing the repair, he would discount that from the total. After his visit to the house on 12/20/2023 we agreed on $250 to do the repair but he asked for $98 to order the part. I paid $98 on 12/20/2023 to order a part for the fridge after he assessed it needs a new valve that he would install after the part is received. He claimed that he didnt realize how far my house is from his office, he took the money through Zelle. He promised to send a receipt but he never did, never provided updates and is not returning calls or text. He didnt provide the installation service either. After a week and after several attempts to reach him, he finally responded on 12/27/2023 when I asked for a refund or update or Ill take a legal action and file a report with law enforcement. This is a complete scamming to take advantage of hardworking people. ******* had other one star reviews against him on BBB that I realized after he scammed me. When he answered he claimed that the money he took is for the diagnosis which is not true because we agreed on the service over the phone. He also lied saying that he ordered the part and when I asked for a receipt as a proof, he responded saying Go ahead and report I dont have time for nonsense.He did not intend to finish the job because it is 40 min drive and he wanted easy money and never ordered the part. I ask for a refund due to his dishonesty, incompetence, poor customer service and his crooked reputation and business behavior. He did not provide the service and only took easy money claiming its for diagnosis.
