    I placed a considerably large order from this company and did not receive the package. I reached out to their customer service team soon after to sort the issue. Please note that I initiated a trace on the package and it was deemed lost. Following, I requested a full refund from the company since my order was marked as missing in transit. They have since neglected to respond to any of my emails. I would still greatly appreciate a full refund to the original payment method.

    Hi ***** I am sorry to hear your order from us was still not received. According to the tracking, it was successfully delivered. We also spoke to *** and the *** team who operates the *** pick up location this order was sent to, and they did confirm it had arrived and was picked up, and that the person who picks it up has to show an ID with a name. 

    Since it was successfully delivered, we wont be able to get any reimbursement from ***. We can offer a 1-time refund. Please note that any future orders in which the tracking shows successfully delivered, we wont be able to offer a refund. Thank you for your patience, I wish it worked out!

    Hi there! I am a requesting removal of this complaint. The customer is claiming the tracking number confirms the package was lost, but the tracking shows the packages were successfully delivered, and I spoke to *** on the phone confirming this. The *** pickup point also confirmed that the customer picked it up. We are a small business, and its really sad to see someone claiming this on such a large order. Please feel free to check the tracking number on this order, and request the customer send in the tracking proof where they are seeing it is lost in transit.

    Either way, we did refund her for this order just to alleviate the situation. Please remove this complaint from your site since we are not at fault! Thank you!
