      My contract with Brinks expired on 11-18-24, I continued to make payments of ***** through my bank, On 10-22-25 . Brinks offered me to secure my rate by text or website if I would extend my contract for 2 years. I did not accept this offer as 2 of the outdoor cameras did not work at all and the camera overlooking the driveway was blurry, The technician who adjusted it said he could not make it any better. On 11-5-24 Brinks offered to reduce my rate to ***** if I would do a 24 months extension.I did not accept this lower rate as the service they provided was very poor. I continued to pay the higher rate of ***** and started looking for a better security company. On 4-15-25 I had ===== install a new system. I called Brinks on 4-16-25 and told them I wanted to cancel my service, At first ====acted like he understood why I was cancelling and then offered to have a technician come over and install new cameras. I told ***** it was too late as I had already signed with another company. ***** then said I was under contract until 11-18-26 and would have to pay 800 dollars or have =====remove their equipment. As I explained in text to Brinks on 4-21-25, if I had extended my contract I would be paying ***** instead of *****. Despite several request on my part Brinks refuses to prove I extended my contract, Please help me to resolve this horrific problem. Thanks,

      This is the worst company ever every single time I call them or try and get some equipment fixed. It adds five months to a year onto your contract after you pay a deductible. I think that this is ridiculous. I previously had service with another company which brings brought out my two year has turned into almost 6 years when I call customer service. The representative was rude. Told me nothing in this world is free. I felt that that was wrong and they want me to pay $600 to get out of my contract they are a rip off. I would not recommend this to anybody because they do lie and say one thing and then they dont follow up

      I just called to cancel service and was told that I have 31 months remaining on my contract with them. I was never informed of said contract when I signed up with them. Also, HORRIBLE customer service.

      Brinks Home Security Review - my home security system has not worked in months. I called and they talked me into a new 3 yr contract to come out and fix the problem with updated equipment. I called in Feb. 2025, Appointment was set for April 4th. They called on Apr 3rd to reschedule to May. This is totally unacceptable. I need the system working and I called the other day to tell them I need it fixed before the end of April. They said someone would call me back.That was 5 days ago, I have head nothing. The reviews of this company are so bad. I am going to be contacting my lawyer in the morning. They will fix this problem. Brinks if you read this you should be ashamed of your horrible service when hard-working people pay for service and get Nothing.

      Some how they added another 12 months to my contract without my knowledge!!! Cameras are junk!!! Im so mad i signed a contract with this company!!! All i wanted is what i am paying for!!! My camera system never was right!!! 1 out of 3 cameras!!! Worked!!! They just want to over charge you for something that should have already worked! Sure $250 they will send someone!!!! But it never worked!!!

      Signed my son up and said they could lower our Internet, took my name off bill, got a bill called them, said I didn't sign up,they told my son to say he was me for the Internet changes, Now they say I owe them 3000 , I'm 75 have filed with the BBB, now Attorney General, they decided to make a deal and I'll pay them ***** Said No, never signed anything!!! DONT FALL FOR NEW SCAM

      Do Not sign up with them. I was inadvertently sold to them by *** when the latter went out of business. It took almost a year to end the contract despite numerous attempts by me and my mom. They had no integrity in 2023

      These people are lying thieves. They are saying I set up a 3 year contract for a house that was set to be sold within the year. So they want me to pay 2 years of service out. This is awful customer service and a criminal organization. Do not use them unless you enjoy being stolen from and left on hold for a half hour at time.Sade In the escalation super visor is unwilling to help me close this account.

      First of all if I can give an accurate rating it would be a zero no star! My family and I have had the absolute WORST experience with Brinks honestly security specifically with alpha marketing my grandma signed up with them and things were fine at first and I told her I would take care of the bill shes a 73 year old lady and has no source of extra income so I thought I would help her out so I pay it for the first 3 months until I see they are charging me ***** a month when we agreed to ***** its on the original contract no fees no taxes a flat rate so I also get reduced hours at work and cannot afford that month to month including the late fees and other charges that are on that bill and I keep getting called by debt collectors they are harassing and spam calling my family who is on emergency contact and one of the **** who I know personally reach out to my aunt and is being very unprofessional with her then reaches out to me saying he can help me lower my bill and get all the late fees taken off its on a recorded line and I have message proof. I spoke to many **** but one rep named ****** reached out so I finally answered he also had told me he can help me take all late fees off and help me lower bill this company is embarrassing and horrible they are evil people who just want to take all your hard earned money I think the biggest mistake was ever even signing up with them my grandma is a senior citizen she doesnt know better and was promised different things and told different information from all these different **** i will not be giving not one more cent to this company. 0/10 to put the cherry on top of all this the family they keep bothering are going through hard ships right now many were affected by the Altadena fires and all they care to do is harass us again EVILLLL!!!! I would appreciate if someone can help me get out of this 5 year contract or get legal help thank you!
