    The HVAC unit installed in April 2022 has had nothing but problems. I had to have a technician come out every few months due to issues with the HVAC. The monthly charge so if service is needed has not been deducting the monthly installments, yet no one called me to let me know. They only tried to collect past charges when I needed them for a service issue. I give them another bank card to use, & i have no idea why, but they could never get it to do the monthly deductions. Finally this past April, they came out & had to disassemble the HVAC. New freon had to be added. In the end they wanted to bill me $280.00 for service & freon replacement. I reminded them that the HVAC was only 2 years old, I was still paying it off ( the unit was $8000.00) & the problems they fixed were not from my misuse.
