    ** ****** and affordable builders is a wonderful , knowledgeable , professional , courteous , very qualified , and well experienced crew !!!!! Im a retired contractor and was in need of new roof I hired ed and affordable builders to do job .My house has lots of angles and cuts , I had ** and his competent, competent, company install a metal roof on my house . Every single cut and angle was perfect and I would know after being in construction myself . This crew was so professional and cleaned up after themselves, I was so comfortable with them being on my property and this is a company that doesn’t cut corners and meticulous , if I had a crew like affordable builders I probably wouldn’t have retired. In this day and age it hard to find such qualified workers , now that I’m retired any work I need done I will call Affordable builders. Great company and I highly recommend them . If need a great company to work with call ** at affordable builders . From **** ******* a very satisfied customer

    Exceptional, Awesome and Deserve to be Recognized!Affordable Builders helped us with what a terrible contractor did in the beginning that we fired and then hired Affordable Builders. ** ***************** his sons and all his guys have done very profession work and went way beyond. They built us a new beautiful front porch with cedar lumber, stamped concrete, standing seam metal roof, board and batten siding and windows. Every person that we have come in contact with that works for Affordable Builders has been exceptional! These guys are awesome and deserve to be recognized! We would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Builders. (********** **, September 2024)

    This ***********,************ business, Affordable Builders/Edwin Luchey guy did extensive damage to my roof and skylights during the so called repairs necessary, along with two unqualified helpers (on the job more than AB/EL??). I discovered the unbelievable damage the following day. After numerous failed attempts reaching him to get back the money I paid, I reported AB/EL to my Ohio ************************ he completely ignored that office also. (Yes, he lives just across the Oh/** line, he is aware of his playground & has numerous senior victims within my community.) I then filed a Complaint in my local county court, EL was sent Notice of Hearing to appear in court, but could not be reached at his Residence/business address, again ignoring now the Court. Then the ************ *************** found and served him the Notice of Hearing, he had no choice to show up, he did as his usual extremely loud, dishonest person. Never Ever call, trust or employ this guy, he only cares about the amount of money he can get. On January 7, 2021, I received an official filed Judgment Entry against AB/EL for damages due to poor workmanship and breach of contract. So over 3 years later AB/EL has (as I expected) never paid this Court Ordered Judgment Entry, YET!
