    Plumber was called to fix leak from tub down to our ceiling. He put in new fixtures in our tub that were not the problem. He changed out the whole stack and took the copper pipes with him. He used pvc piping to replace copper pipes. He charged us without a written receipt saying he would email with one. Never has

    The call in question was a leaky tub shower faucet that leaked directly onto the tub overflow, which was leaking into the ceiling below.
    I explained that the best resolution was to replace the faucet as it was old and worn, but the customer wanted to keep it.
    I did not have stems and seats in stock for this particular faucet, which is the best way to repair the faucet.
    The cheapest repair I offered was replacement of the washers for the faucet and the waste and overflow for the tub.
    I mentioned that just replacing the washers is not always a long term fix and cannot be guaranteed.
    **** reached out to me a week after the work was performed to let me know that the faucet was leaking again.
    When I called back to schedule, He did not answer so I left a voicemail. 
    I sent the invoice to the incorrect email address, and will send the original invoice to the email provided in the complaint.
