    AHS - The common problem. The ratings and complaints I see are all due to the warranty company. My dealings directly with **** and his company were fine. Tech got here, wasted no time and got job done quickly and thoroughly. Ive had AHS for about 8 years. When they are on theyre great. They ***** pinch their repair companies. They try to force them to do repairs and not replace. You must read your contract to see whats excluded because they always get you on the exclusions. I too had thought it was the company who showed up, fault in every situation. It is NOT. Ive had to FIGHT AHS for my promised services and/or replacements.. I do eventually get a satisfactory outcome from them. These contractors for these home warranty companys are paid less than the normal going rate and get abused by customers who feel they are giving them the short end of stick. Many dont stay for long. (We are small business owners. We were on preferred auto repair list. It was the biggest hassle and we reaped no benefit and only headaches, so I know how this works, and we got off that list.) My only complaint, and this too probably lies with AHS, my power was out from Thursday to Monday on 1/2 side of my house. No AC and electric which caused a big power surge on my other AC and other 1/2 my house. Im here to give credit where its due and put the blame were it lies. In our case.
