1. Refund Policy
Service Refunds: Due to the nature of notary services, refunds are not typically provided once the service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss any concerns.
Prepaid Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule a prepaid appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a [insert fee, e.g., 50% cancellation fee].
Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the payment will not be refunded.
