      I called Hotwire Communication for a service call. I informed the representative over the phone that I wanted to move my cable box from one room to another room in the same home. I representative came out (arrived almost one hour late). I explained what I needed, she immediately said that she could not perform the task because it was the "wrong work order". She said that it would cost $100 to move my cable box from one room to another. My home is prewired for cable in every room. She only had to connect a cable end to the cord. She left without doing anything. Such a waste of my time. If you are considering hotwire; please consider all your options. I am locked into a contract via my HOA and the service is poor when calling in, one rep says one thing, the other says something else. They seem to want to charge $100-$125 for the simplest things.

      Was signed onto a 2 year contract when I told them I move out in 14 months, Hotwire admitted the salesperson should not have put it in this way. I was billed $507.97 and then they issues this as a credit on my account. They refuse to send me a check or transfer it to an account I could use it. (I moved into another building required to use hotwire but was forced to open a new account). This was in January 2021, I have called multiple times and they always say a check will be sent out in 4-6 weeks. This check has never came and my balance remains with that $507.97 credit. This company is full of liars and salespeople who put in fake deals.

      Was renting a place in *******, ******* and was told by the owner and HOA manager the **************** Provider had change to HotWire / Fusion. They also explained it was free and no charge to the tenant. They schedule installation times one week for the whole block. The only thing I remember signing was a document saying it was received and installed. When I moved both the owner and HOA manager wanted the equipment left in the unit for the next renters or owners. Today, a year and a half later I receive an email saying I owe $550.00 for missing boxes.I've read other reviews and see credit hits mentioned. I will check my credit report before making communication with hotwire.

      We over paid for a service call. We have called Hotwire for a refund at least six times and we keep getting a runaround. This has been going on for 3 months. Every time we call they say, yes I see your credit on the account, but have failed to send a refund. When asked, do you intent to ever send a refund, they say, oh yes. But, after 3 months, no refund has been received.

      I went with Hotwire because my complex went with Hotwire. Upon my move out I left the equipment in the unit and now they cannot find it. They are charging me $750.00 for two cable boxes. This is outrageous! Price gouging of the worst kind! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no integrity and their BBB ranking should be lowered when all they have are 1 star reviews.

      Our new HOA contracts with Hotwire for the whole development - it's part of our HOA fee (no choice). Upon moving in, I contacted Hotwire and they verified the service via HOA, but said I needed a second modem for my size house (2100 sf/one story) - this costs $37/month to rent. The following week, after several IT family/friends told me I didn't need the second modem, I tried Hotwire's online forms to get said modem removed. Paid for the first month's service up front, so I was stuck with that. Now the second month is coming due, and I haven' t had any response or acknowledgement from Hotwire after submitting 4 online forms. My attorney advised a one last attempt at getting a response, then we'll try other means. Please be careful dealing with Hotwire!!

      Please dont waste your time. Do not book online please. They give you hotel options when you book. When it goes through it gives you a rundown motel thats in a bad area. The hotels are cheaper to book through than the booking through Hotwire. Please do not book with them. Customer service is horrible
