      Neff Paving performed a driveway for our neighbors on May 13. During such; a worker drove onto our property while backing out of the drive way in the skid steer and damaged our property fence, checked our water main, and shifted the concrete. Took them over a month to return our call, Austin. A site manager. Claimed they saw the damage agrees to the damage to the water area but then stays the workers do not remember damaging our property fence. Which is behind the water main line. We have witnesses that saw this happen. His words are this “Well none of the guys remember doing this and it’s your word against theirs.” And they are not liable for it. All we want is our fence fixed; no money. Just repair what they broke.
