    We started our contract in Aug. 2021. Didn't have anything started until Dec 2nd. Our contract says we are suppose to have 26 panels we have 22, all are on the front. The plans show 4 on the back of my house. They told me we were upgraded, they never told us just put them on my roof. Almost everything was done and ready for inspection. We had the inspection in April 2022, for 1st inspection and it failed. Reinspection wasn't until June 9th. New meter was installed July 1st. Solar wasn't turned on until July 8th. Called multicable times to see when things were getting done.Now the solar panels are on, I have no website (more phone calls) different excuses WHY I don't have it. I was suppose to have it in 2 weeks then 90 days. The website is to help me see how the solar is doing and how much solar I'm using.Was paying before solar panels were even turned on. They are suppose to fix the with finance company and refund the payments to me. Suppose to see money for selling back to electric company haven't seen anything. My electric bill is suppose to be cheaper. I have 2 months where my electric bill has not changed They are the worst to contact you about anything going on. I had to call all the time. And I'm still calling to get things done. So tired of the solar panels, I really think I want them off my roof. I would never recommend to anyone.I would give them no stars!I even called them before Submitted this, to get things done.
