    I had used the **** ***** referral program to find a professional to get an estimate on my staircase. I wanted to have a professional evaluate the stairs, and see if there were any recommendations to fix/replace items, before staining or painting the stairs and add a carpet runner. I met with Tony, from the Westerville Ohio location, on May 30th. I was told that I would receive an estimate in about 3 business days. I have yet to receive an estimate and explanation on what recommendations Tony had to better support my stairs. It has been 10 days. At this time, I will file a complaint with the corporate office. I will not continue to wait for an estimate. I will not be consider doing business with your company. I will also be leaving a review with BBB, even though you’re not accredited, and with the **** ***** referral program, for pointing me to your company.

    They sent someone to install very expensive flooring who had no experience, the flooring is not properly installed, many planks not attached, they caused extensive damage and now are refusing to pay for remedial work. They told me it would take 3 to 4 days and after three weeks my home was destroyed and they abandoned the job.Stay away of these people. I am out $14,000 And this is the very short version of what happened. Take a look at the pictures. They installed the baseboards, door trim and the transition strips as well.

    This is a complete misrepresentation of what happened. The flooring was properly installed and she even told the technician what a great job he did. As soon as we were off the job, she insisted there were all kinds of issues, refused to let us come see the supposed issues much less try to fix any issues, and has refused to pay us for our work. This was an insurance claim, so she has collected her insurance money and gotten free work and material from us. We ran into another contractor on the job site who had the same experience with this customer.
