    I ordered an RTX 3080 XC3 ultra which is $993.72. The item was delayed multiple times. I decided to get a refund on the item and never received the refund. Followed their requested procedure for email but never received a response.

    12/20/2021 amount paid 835$ This person guaranteed that he was going to send me my package and to date he has not sent me the package this company only gives me an excuse to solve the problem

    On 12/3/2020, I placed an order for an ****** *** 3080 graphics card from OG10K Tech. Due to supply chain issues at the time, it was known that the delivery of this item would be delayed indefinitely until the supply of these cards was able to meet the demand. I paid up front $838.86 with the promise that I would be able to request a refund at any point before they shipped my item. Due to the supply chain issues, I was unable to file this complaint earlier because I knew that it would take a while to receive my shipment. However, several months ago, I decided to request a refund. I've tried numerous times via email and phone, including following their emailed instructions to receive a refund, and I have not been able to get in contact with them. The support email address on their site ([email protected]) also produces a bounce back when emails are sent to it. The phone (###-###-####) either goes straight to voicemail or rings several times, then goes to voicemail. Although I have left voicemails, they have not communicated back. I would like to resolve this by receiving my $838.86 refunded back to my account.

    On 1/20/2021 I ordered an item from OG10ktech for a total of $511.96 under the name “ VGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti XC GAMING Video Card” This item has still not been shipped as of June 1st 2022. I have tried contacting the support chat at https://og10ktech.com/, their refund email address, and the contact info listed on the website. This company has dodged every call, email and message I have sent. This business has scammed myself and many others by selling items they didn’t have.

    I made a GPU purchase of $2,653.59 of value on 27April2021 Order # *****. After waiting over 6 months for the items I initiated a refund with OG10K and filed a dispute with my bank per the company's website instructions in order to expedite refund. My bank only gave me a temporary credit (without informing me it was only temporary) which has now been withdrawn from my account. Upon logging into my OG10K account, my refund status is still pending and I have not received any of the items.

    I order a EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 XC3 Ultra it was $968.05 on 05/23/2021 it has yet to come it is now 5 6 2022 try to gmail OG10kTech Got nothing try to call go no where at this point I just want a refund
