      Sad: they came out to give a quote on 2/19/2025, numerous calls back to the office, sells rep on vacation, ( ie bulls#*!, someone will get back with you shortly not!) no professionalism at all, I have used this company in the past many times before and never had problems like this, something is very wrong inside. In my opinion you might want to check out a different company for this service. Also by the way it is now the 22nd of March 2025 and still on estimate for the job has ever been seen yet.

      We had done the concrete coating installation work by this company on 09/11/2024. The refrigerator was moved by the installers (placed on the drive way) and we were told within 48 hours, it will be moved back to its original place in the garage. To our surprise, now we were told it will be done only after the crew members are available (may be on 09/16/2024). That means, the refrigerator will be under sun for nearly 5 days, Also, we are afraid that it may be stolen from the driveway. We thought companies would listen to customers. I was totally wrong. We were disappointed.

      I do not recommend this company; they are very unprofessional and have Poor customer service. I hired them to add finishing on my pool floor, and they kept rescheduling my appointment without notifying me; I’ll call on the scheduled date to find out that they have to change the dates repeatedly.
