  We moved out of our old apartment on July 30, 2023 and stayed in motels until our new apartment was ready. We moved into our new apartment on August 23, 2023. The movers arrived the next day, As they brought in each item I would tell them where to place it. As they were finishing up, I realized that there were a lot of items missing. I noticed a Sony 43' UHD TV and an HP LaserJetPro 9025e were both nowhere to be found. The movers said that was all that they had. Now I know this is not true because I saw these 2 items being loaded onto the truck, 2 TVs, 1 printer. Upon arriving at our new address (after having spent a month in storage which we were never given access to) these items were missing. Here is a complete list of everything that we believe were lost or stolen by Moving Help, LLC: Sony 43” HD TV, HP printer $400.00, Most of my Books, I had some autographs in a few of them, 1 Round Suitcase from the 50’s has large flower stickers on it, 5 Hippie Clay Figurines-Moonwind, Lily, Violet, Louise, and Luke-Far Out Friends, Mannequin $100.00, 1 used Toaster Oven and 1 New In Box Toaster Oven, 200 Record Albums $4000.00, Turntable Sonos Brand value $400.00, Dollhouse $4,000.00, New Set Of Pots & Pans from Amazon still in the box, $130.00, 2 Seater Vintage Glider $200.00, White Fan on a stand $100.00, Painted blue wood Closet from Spiegel I had sheets & towels $350.00 in it, plus the value of the cupboard, White bookcase that my brother made $150.00, Turkish Carpet $1,000.00, My large Mushroom Ottoman, My Winter Coats, My blankets, My sheets, My down comforters, My pillows, My towels, My 3 foot hard plastic Superman, My $50.00 in change in my handmade wooden canister, my Social Security Card & Medicare Card are gone-,canister was dumped out!empty!, MIDI length black velvet coat $400.00, 2 Calvin Klein MIDI length winter coats $175.00 & $175.00, 1 fox fur black muff (hand warmer) $500.00, 1 wooden folding pumpkin chair $75.00, 1 new Fender Amplifier Much more.

  Customer was being evicted, there were four crews on site and customer was barely there to monitor anything.  Dumpsters were on-site and we were told to move certain things. But customer would disappear and then not come back. Meanwhile, things were being thrown out by other companies and the landlord can verify all of this.  Customer home was filthy and had trash everywhere.  Customer wrote a bad check to us and we will be taking them to court. Customer is also banned from contacting up Arlington. Police for multiple false police reports and a upper Arlington Police refuses to deal with them anymore. These people have absolutely no proof.
