    The tech support staff at AVA Direct are phenomenal. They are knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to questions. When I needed to replace the C:Drive on my workstation recently, they sent pictures showing where to locate it on the motherboard, and answered all my questions about how to correctly reinstall the heat sink after I removed it to access my it. I would recommend AVA to anyone interested in building a custom PC.

    The build quality of the computer I ordered was excellent and I really appreciated the attention to detail as well as my preferences. They went out of their way to substituting custom fans for the stock radiator fans that I had ordered, which really was the icing on the cake. This was a 10/10 experience for me. The system's performance in both benchmarks and real-world use scenarios are off the charts. Their willingness to work with me on exactly what I wanted with exactly the parts I wanted yielded this result. It's an outstanding piece of work and has been a great customer experience.
