Ganzel Plumbing was a great experience with a major job done well. They diagnosed the problem, took the appropriate actions, fixed the problem that was in the wall behind the commode, a pipe broke. Great personal skills! Kept us informed by drawing a diagram of the problem and gave us the solution. Fixed the broken pipe, placed a cover over the opening behind the commode, replaced the commode, repaired the inner workings AND CLEANED up after. Checked and adjusted other bathroom sink. ****, **** and ***** were all outstanding people to work with. If ever we need plumbing services again Ganzel Plumbing gets our business!

first, I had referral from loyal and very happy customer. now, I am referring because I am a DELIGHTED happy customer myself.I had other plumbers look at situation and gave me dire prognosis, with dire price!so what a delight when Mr. *********************** father, and Mr. *********************** son walked in.I just knew these men were Real Plumbers and they had skill and experience. they were there to solve my problem. I had all these problems in my head, i was worried.They were. not. they had this situation in hand, they knew it and that was that.in an amazingly short time, Mr. *********************** senior, was explaining what happened, what he did and why, how to keep everything running smooth, and they has everything cleaned up and ready to solve more problems for someone else.Bottom line! they are exceptional! His wife is the scheduling lady and a charm. also extremely efficient.the minute I met both men, I knew I was in good hands, they would fix the problem, they were very capable and honest and someone I felt better they were there instead of fearful they are in my house! I know this is concern for many older women.and the cost was exceptionally surprising and in the most delightful way!!! very fair and affordable. Experience, courtesy and professional were ********** when they arrived at my house on June 5th. Tasks were completed in a very timely manner and they were done right. My experience with Joe Ganzel Plumbing was wonderful. The plumbers arrived on time, were very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I've hired, *** Ganzel twice now for my plumbing problems.He advertised in my Church Bulletin saying he and his Son are Master Plumbers. That inspired confidence right away.His Wife answers the phone and makes your appointment. *** arrives on time, during the two hour window.Father and Son work together and put on shoe booties to protect your floor.I explained my problem, first time - a leak under my laundry room sink, second time my faucet in said sink ran at a trickle.Both times *** laid down a tarp to protect my floor from his tools. Working together they fixed my plumbing problems in a timely manner, and called me to take a look at how nicely the problem was abated. They cleaned up before they left.I recommended Ganzel Plumbing to my friend last year, and they helped her too.Hopefully I don't have anymore plumbing problems, but if I do, I'm calling *** again! He only takes cash or checks to help keep his costs down, and I appreciate that. ??Joe Ganzel Plumbing Inc.

Timely and excellent service to replace an old primary sump pump and a very old water-powered backup sump pump. Work included not only new pumps but also replacement of a section of copper supply line, along with a new shutoff, and added a new faucet. Workmanship was excellent as one would expect from a Master Plumber. Price was fair for parts and the work performed.Joe Ganzel Plumbing Inc.
