      Roof Masters contacted me for some warranty repairs to my GAF roof. Apparently the company”( Noble Roofing)” went out of business like so many roofing companies. They were supposed to do Master Elite, but were anything but. Four leaks in the first six years. Roof Masters showed up when they said they would. Their work looks like it was done right and they cleaned up afterwards. I am not prepared to say that everything is good now, but fingers crossed for the next rain storm or snow event.

      I had Ohio Roof Masters put up new gutters. The original estimate had the wrong size gutters on so I ended up having to pay $800 more than the estimate to get the correct size gutters. They did not attach the gutters to the roof. They’re under the roof and so the roof protrudes out almost past the gutters, so doesn’t catch water under a hard rain. Also, some of the gutters are angled away from the downspouts so the water flows the wrong direction. Some of the downspouts are very short and just emptied right next to the house, so I had to put extensions on them. One downspout empties onto another roof and the water just flows right onto the ground and has already dug a hole in the ground under a very light rain. When I called to address these concerns, they said they would call me back and they have not after two calls.

      Marc and his crew did an excellent job. they replaced the back part of my roof and went the extra mile and added in some extra material at no cost to me. i plan on replacing my siding down the road and i will have Ohio Roof Masters do the job. they definitely live up to their name.

      We had storm damage to our roof and siding. I placed a call to get things started and within a few hours Marc came out checked out what was needed and help cover the issues until we could get the insurance company to inspect. Marc was very responsive. He helped work through the insurance process and getting us all our options. The crews that worked on our home were amazing, skilled and friendly. The office staff, Lynn, was helpful with my questions and as sweet as can be. The whole process was professional and thorough. I highly recommend them for all your home roofing and siding needs. This company and their employees are wonderful!

      John at Ohio Roof Master (Based in Tipp City) was very professional and prompt. He showed up on time and well prepared to deliver his proposal. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Anytime I had follow-up questions or concerns he was quick to reply and answer them. I would highly recommend them as their work was stellar!! Roofing is very hard work, I should know as I did it a few summers during my college years, but Ohio Roof Masters makes it look easy. These guys are legit. By the way, not only are they a local company, they use local materials made right here in Ohio!

      I can’t Thank John and his crew enough for the amazing job they did on my house. He met with me one day to discuss the siding project. It was great to have someone take time to go through many options. We put the plan together. Once materials came in the crew got to work. Very friendly and respectful people. Hard working and really gave 110%. They went above and beyond ?? Would definitely suggest them for your upcoming project! My house looks amazing !! Thank you , Renee W
