5 starsWe just purchased 7 windows. Alec came and was training his brother Sebastian. They both were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The presentation was very smooth. They both listen to our wants and needs. Compared other window prices and companies. The price was fair. Alec was amazing and forgot to add in part of the job and because we agreed and shook he add the project with no extra cost. He went above and beyond We will be calling Alec again when ready to put our patio doors in. Highly recommend!!Review fromRobert H

The best service and Prices and I'm picky. Seriously! I got 4 windows and they were the best price i found. They showed up on time and did the job faster than planned. You could not tell they were in my house at all i think they left it cleaner than found actually. I even canceled and rescheduled the original install and they were so kind about it. The men who came in my house were all super polite and quiet enough that my daughter slept through the install. The windows they put in are so beautiful that even my dog was impressed. He sat in the window for 2 hours after they left looking one of the new windows. I've written many bad reviews but this is not one of them, I'm a total nitpicking person! I have nothing but praises for Empire Window Company. I hope they read this so I can send them the pic of my dog:)Empire Window Company

Excellent job by courteous quality help. Did the whole house in a week and a half. Trim was neat and siding was straight. Reinstalled the shutters and the place looks great. Got a bunch of compliments already.Empire Window Company
