    Consumer hired business in mid-April to remove & replace a 6' privacy fence in his back yard and to install 2 front gates. Work was done in mid-May but not to the consumer's satisfaction. He has called numerous times for them to come back out but his calls aren't returned and he thinks they're blocking his calls. The fence was installed but had to be replaced with only 4' of fencing instead of 6' b/c the neighbor's trees and shrubs abutted the old fence. The consumer was OK with this but the two front gates were not installed correctly. Consumer asked for "drop stops" to be installed so gate would stay open when consumer needs to exit his driveway. business did not do that and as a result, the gate swung back and forth in the wind and pulled out of the ground. Consumer asked business to come back out and he said he would but did not show up. He has been ignoring his calls ever since. Consumer just has a short handwritten contract of sorts.
