    Am I confusing about the warranty? : 1. The 10 years warranty is the only one showing on the documents just for the one of the materials they used. 2. Don’t know where the water from?: When he came over to see the mantel damage, he said the “leak” is not an active wet one with water running inside the house on the walls etc either and it may not even be coming from the chimney. He suggested me to wait and have them back out in a few years if it doesn’t get much worse. Otherwise I would have to pay the minimum $1,500 charges to do something right away. I repeated what he said and needed to digest it, even I didn’t say not agree, it didn’t mean that I agree with him at all that time. 3. No Active Wet: it was a drought summer and brown grass were all over the city, that’s why not showing the active wet inside. 4. The price I paid this company 4 years ago, my chimney should not be looked so bad according to the photos if it was done with other reliable contractors. 5. I emailed him the photos of the chimney looks like after just 4 years of their work, those are the obvious evidence of the many wrong doing of their chimney work. 6. Business and personal relationships should be cherished. Treat people how you yourself would want to be treated. Always remember that people are the lifeblood and engine room of any business. So It Is Not Nice To Say: Now I refuse to ever work for you again as you clearly do not understand how a warranty works and you even tried to make a bogus complaint with the BBB. I am going to tell you this only one time. DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME OR MY COMPANY AGAIN and I’d think long and hard before doing anything derogatory toward me and or Utmost Renovations in the public domain.

    Utmost renovations charge **** down payment to fix a bulg in brick had to hire engineer to how to go about go about the job,utmost did not follow his bracing instructions. They started the job and collapsed the whole wall causing ,and walk away
